Everything went extremely smooth. The wait time for my vehicle was very reasonable (approx 30 mins). Rodrigo went above & beyond to make sure I was completely taken care of. He even ran a quick test with Julio to see why my check engine light kept coming on. He made me feel as if I was a family member of his. Truly wanting to make sure my safety was never in question. Ripped off at Huntington Toyota During an oil change visit, it was suggested by "Gus" that I should change the spark plugs. since the car had just turned 100K miles, I though it a go During an oil change visit, it was suggested by "Gus" that I should change the spark plugs. since the car had just turned 100K miles, I though it a good idea. I didn't ask for a price because I thought it would be inexpensive to replace 4 spark plugs. When he presented the binvoice of $291.00, I became irate.I asked "Gus" to take the new plugs out and put the old ones back in. He refused but did adjust the bill down to $238.00 which I thought was still high, but within range. I reluctantly paid and informed "Gus" that he had broken my trust and just lost a customer.I own 2 Toyotas. A Yaris and a Prius.
