I brought my car in because my transmission was dying and was under the impression that my warranties had all ended. He was able to put me in a very nice loaner vehicle and got corporate to cover the entire situation at no cost to me. When it was all said and done, I drove out with a brand new replacement transmission and zero dollars out of pocket. It's hard not to be satisfied with an experience like that! More
