My recent repair of my Toyota Camry was completed in a timely manner I was assisted by zhiwen Qin ( Dave) in a professional and caring manner. When it was apparent I might have a long wait he insisted i be driven home or have a loner car. He called me when my car was ready and offered to send a car to pick me up. I really appreciate his thoughtfulness and concern that I would have little inconvenience. He also spent time explaining how to monitor oil levels to prevent any future problem. More
