The staff was very friendly and pleasant . Both the manager and salesperson were helpful. However I made the deal for the car and was told to return the next day at 2 pm and all the paperwo Both the manager and salesperson were helpful. However I made the deal for the car and was told to return the next day at 2 pm and all the paperwork for the purchase and the plates would be ready. When I returned at 2 pm the next day the salesperson honestly told me that none of the paperwork was ready and the car was not there as it was sent somewhere else to be washed. I had to sit in the dealership for an hour waiting for them to prepare the paperwork and get the car. Waiting in a dealership to purchase a car is a very average experience. More
