we had a very pleasant time with this visit to toyota.we always have our car serviced here and have noticed many positive changes since our last visit. we were taken in right away ( we did have a appt.) and always have our car serviced here and have noticed many positive changes since our last visit. we were taken in right away ( we did have a appt.) and our service mananger outlined the work that needed to be done and showed us where the problems were in the engine. juan also arranged a loaner car for us, while the work was being done. he was very good to us! we also very much enjoyed the massage we received from the new massage therapist that was there today. she was a lovely lady , she was nice, cheerful, full of fun, which livened up the atmoshpere of the waiting room! also give a great chair massage!!! there were lots of snacks avaiable, reading material and t.v.'s. a good place if you had to wait! I give this dealer ship a 5 star rating because of the friendliness and professionalism that was shown to me, but mostly because of how they made me feel. This was the first time I have bought a brand ne friendliness and professionalism that was shown to me, but mostly because of how they made me feel. This was the first time I have bought a brand new car from a dealership on my own. Juan Santana was the salesman who assisted me and took me out for a nice, long test drive. He knew his stuff and didn't make me feel like he was trying to make a deal, I felt like he was introducing me to a new friend. And Rosa Fernandez helped calm my nerves by explaining everything simply and helping me get the best price for my new car. I sincerely want to go back just to say hi, for these were really nice people and I honestly feel that they were doing their best to help me out - and not just try to make a sale. Aside from the excellent staff, the lot had a lot of great cars to choose from and the inside was clean and well kept. I was even offered water, coffee and fresh cookies. I went into the dealership this morning just to inquire about a new car, but drove out in a new 2011 Camry. I did not plan on doing any kind of purchase or lease on that day. As I was sitting down and discussing numbers with Juan , he came out with a fantastic offer that I knew no other dealer could match. The trade in was much higher then elsewhere, and the total lease price was less than I was quoted elsewhere. I clarified with Juan that the only expence left was the motor vehicle charge for the plates. I was actually due back $1301 dollars. Every step of the way Management reviewed and ok'd the numbers.This was all put on a binder. I had to leave at that time , but came back after work to tade in my car and pick up the new car.Juan apparantly could not be there.The plates were switched ,and I inspected the new car before I was brought before the leasing manager. The title to my car was immediately wisked away to some other room and I truly felt it was a done deal. Until the leasing agreement came out. All the numbers were different on the leasing aggreement, and of course nothing was due back to me.Though my car did get the same selling price, it was "capitalized" down to the lease price.After discussing the numbers on the binder,they did reluctantly offer half of the original monies I was due back.I never felt so victimized and abused. I chose not to go foward with the deal and I forwarn everyone tto steer clear. Remember wherever you go,especially if you lease , ask for all costs and fees in writing before you are presented with the lease agreement. More

They even went as far as to bring another version of the van to the dealer so we could be sure that we were purchasing the van we really wanted. I would like to thank them for there time and helpfulness. If these four people are still there in a few years when I need another auto, we will be buying from them! More

I was interested in going back to the Toyota dealer where I had previously purchased my present RAV4. I read excellent reviews for Huntington so my husband and I decided to go and "take a look". This was an excellent experience. When has any car salesman given very good reasons not to buy a larger, more expensive vehicle (that I thought I wanted)? In my experience, never. I thought I wanted a Highlander, but instead, purchased another RAV4. I love the one I have now and am very comfortable driving it. So it really did make more sense to get another one (and it is a little bigger than my 2005). I also asked questions about the more expensive Sport model. Again, Mike told me what was included and asked if I really felt strongly about having them. Actually they were options that I really did not care about. No need to spend more money! Trade-in was fair and price of the new vehicle is just about what I paid for the 2005. I highly recommend this dealership. More
