I was involved in an auto accident and it totaled my 2002 toyota sienna so of course i went for the same car. At sales, I dealt with Charlie. When I went to service to touch up the paint and to make another key, I was again taken by the level of customer service. there were fresh bagels, and coffee. And then I met Phil and April. April was passing around freshly baked cookies, and i thought "wow she's nice".I was even able to get a massage while I was there! Phil was great too. I didnt even have an appointment, but Charlie made sure the key would be taken care of in a quick matter. I just wanted to say, sometimes when you are buying a car, its not always a happy occassion, like in my case, but from the sales dept all the way to the service dept, it has been great customer service, and Huntington Toyota is doing a great job. I never thought I would fall in love with another Sienna, but I love my 2007 as much as my 2002. More

All the personal in the dealer made the process very smooth. I went with my wife to take a look for a second car in the house and we ended buying a wonderfull blue toyota camry 2008. After 2 hours in the dealer, drinking coffe, eating cookies and knowing a little bit about their lifes, I drove home in our new beautiful car.... good timing for my 40th birth day !! Our experience with Huntington Toyota was surprisingly good. The atmosphere in general was professional and courteous. There were no pushy sales people. Our situation was somewhat unique in that we needed a car quickly because our previous car was totaled in an accident. Charlie assured us of quick receipt of our vehicle (Sequoia). When in fact they did not have any in stock they made it a priority to find our vehicle within the tri state region. In regards to pricing, Huntington Toyota was more than flexible. In our experience, most dealerships are somewhat rigid in their pricing. Huntington Toyota did not fit this mold. Whether recession related or not, they were more than willing to "haggle" on a very reasonable price. Overall very positive experience. Strongly recommend talking to Charlie. More

I have dealt with many different car dealerships when leasing cars over the years and have had both good and bad experiences. I literally got a deal done in 1 day as Huntington Toyota did not do the usu leasing cars over the years and have had both good and bad experiences. I literally got a deal done in 1 day as Huntington Toyota did not do the usual(negative) things many other car dealers do. When we were negotiating prices back and forth, It took a matter of minutes which was very nice to deal with. In my past experiences, I sometimes had to wait for a manager to come over and try and convince me about certain things. With Huntington Toyota, I asked and received without any hassles the price I felt was fair to pay for this car lease. More
