I first visited Westbury Toyota and quickly discovered that I knew more about the Prius than the salesperson trying to sell me one. So like many others I went online and researched Long Island Toyota dealers and found Huntington Toyota. When I visited them in person I had the opposite experience at Huntington Toyota. My salesperson Charlie was a real Prius expert and was able to not only show me all of the great features of the car and how to maximize its' performance. He was respectful and really worked hard for my business. I didn't have to negotiate for hours, I got a fair price up front and everything we agreed to is exactly what I got with no surprises. I also want to compliment Mike B in the Finance office. Mike had me laughing throughout the process and everything went through with no problems and most of all no surprises. This was a first! I so enjoyed the process of leasing my new Prius, that I cant believe it! From the moment my husband and I entered the show room, we were greeted with a warm welcome . Our sales man, Charlie, was very knowledgeable, friendly,and absolutely NO pressuring...( can you tell that I have been bitten by the not so nice car dealer bug?) There was no intention of leasing the Prius, we had just started to look at cars, ending another lease in 5 months. Charlie made all the planets line up , with knowledge, sensibility and speed , and less than 4 hours, I am driving a new Prius and LOVING IT!!!! More

This was my first visit to the service department since they moved from the dealership and I had my '83 camry. I had stalled calling for an appointtment due to the recalls and the dreaded question "Did you purchase the vehichle here?" with the answer in my case being "No, I purchased the car used" Before I would have been treated as a 2nd class citizen and made to wait for an appointment. What a difference! The facility is very nice with plenty of amenities BUT it is the personnel and treatment that makes it truly outstanding. From the greeter in the bay to Chris the service writer to the cashier that assisted me, I was truly pleased and no longer have any apprehension of coming to Huntington Toyota to have my prius serviced. It is difficult to continue such a high standard but for some reason I feel that your team will continue to succeed - Congradulations You can count on your service being the ONLY one that will handle my car.
