I had a very positive experience at this dealership. I felt that I received a very good deal, one that is far better than I would have gotten anywhere else. Terrence Romano, the salesperson went out of his way to make sure I was happy. He even brought the reg. for the car to my house on his own time. He wasn't pushy, didn't try to back into a deal with me, and I felt that he was very up front with the pricing of the car. Lenny Cafarelli, the general manager, came over to talk to us during the process at least a dozen times just to make sure we were happy. He even brought my pregnant wife fresh baked chocolate chip cookies. It was the first time I actually enjoyed the experience of buying a new car. Needless to say, Huntington Toyota has a new dedicated costumer. When my lease is up, you can be sure I'll be back! More
I always hate the haggling associated with car buying, so I avoid it at all costs. My husband spoke with Lenny, the owner, over the phone and said this was a place I would like. Well, I did! I felt like there was a red carpet laid out for me. Wonderful! I recommend this to everyone looking to buy a car. Charlie is excellent - he explained everything thoroughly; Rosa made the money part easy and friendly. Lenny runs a good shop and he even makes cookies for the customers! They do the license plates and insurance calls right there so we drove our new car home right away. This is where I will go from now on! More

I can honestly say, I was impressed with Sergio in sales and Rosa in finance - exceptional employees. I've never felt at ease ever before at any other dealership. They explained everything in great detail and kept their promises. Superb experience! Another great employee in Part/Service was Phil. I had a mishap a few weeks ago with losing my Toyota Highlander keys. I know it doesn't sound earth shattering but for myself a major inconvenience. I thought he too went above and beyond to check to see if my vehicle needed a special code key (immobilizer). As it turned out, my vehicle didn't need a fancy key - however, a key still needed to be made up. He said, just go down to the nearest locksmith and give them a code and they will make you up a key. Well, I did and unfortunately, they did not do it properly - the key didn't fit at all. Phil and I must have talked at least 5 times, he assured me that we'll find a solution. The next day, I called Phil to say the key didn't work. I work a busy hospital in Plainview, that day we had two XRAY techs called out sick - it would be impossible to leave the hospital that day. Phil suggested that he'd have one of the employees courier it to me at work. What a great idea! I don't recall the name of the employee - an extremely pleasant individual who waited by my truck to make sure the key fit and the truck started. It did, I was so relieved. Thanks again to all of the employees mentioned for doing an outstanding job, keep up the good work! They are HONEST. Try finding that in any service department, my vehicle now 10 years old and out of warranty. May cost a bit more; but knowing right parts and diagnosis worth the trip. They will save you money if they can and treat everyone with respect. can't say enough about them. 3 years back had a check engine light on and instead of just tightening gap cap and charging me for diagnostic check; told it was simple fix; wound up purchasing 4 new tires with money saved for repair expected; offered special, 4th tire $1 and $50 rebate to boot, and I did not have to beg for a deal. These guys are top knotch. I let only Toyota reps do my repairs, maintenance and the old girl is still humming at 97000 miles and then some. More

I was greeted by the most professional staff, Mr. Juan Vargas, and by a cheerful and friendly hostess/masseuse, April Owen. Not only the personnel was friendly and experienced, but the waiting room was airy, clean and filled with all the necessary ingredients for a long wait (coffee, teas, bagels and fruits!). I even had the opportunity to follow the soccer match between Uruguay and Korea! A special thanks to you for you progressive foresight of having April at the waiting room. She offered a relaxing back massage, badly needed after a long and busy week. In addition, she greeted everyone with a friendly smile and caring words. I congratulate Mr. Lenny Cafarelli for his excellent managerial skills. I am truly looking forward to visiting this place again for the regular services on my great Toyota Prius. When I went to this dealer, I had been to 2 other toyota dealers that week. I was DONE bargaining for the best price. When I walked in, I was greeted and assigned a sales person. He cut right to the chase with no back and forth numbers. It was easy to do business here. They worked around my schedule not theirs and they never pushed me to "hurry Up" and sign the papers. I found the staff to be very friendly. I felt very confident in my salesman Michael Fox. He sat with me on delivery day to go over all the bells and whistles in the car! and he didn't rush the process. I would definitely recommend this dealer to my friends. More
