I recently leased a new camry from Toyota of Huntington. I had been to a couple of other Toyota delerships on Long Island and was completely jaded by the way I was treated there. Juan Santana was my salesman and Rosa Fernandez was my business manager. They both were very kind and honest. I will do business with this dealership again. More
To Be Honest I was not planning on Purchasing a Car when I walked into the dealership but my wife wanted to look at the Highlander. We have been to Ford, GMC, Volvo,Mazda and Dodge to name a few. I did not even take the salesman serious but after a test drive and listening to Phil I wanted to buy a Car from him. He was not the typical sales person. He actually knew a lot about the Highlander which it seemed none of the other sales persons knew about their car. It was refreshing to be honest. He was not pushy at all and he took the time to answer all my wifes questions vs ignoring her. It was not so much the Car that we bought but the Salesman because we felt if we had any issues in the future he would be there for us. And he proved us correct because each step of the process he made it easier from paying for our last lease payment on our Mazda CX9 to actually taking care of the return of the CX9 and switching over our insurance that 3 hours later we were in a new car when we came back with our Children. No worring about returning an old lease etc which I have experienced in the past on a few leases over the years. To add to the dealership that when we came back with our 3 and 5 year old and the deal was already done. Their Financial Guy, Jack, helped with the kids by baking them cookies at 8:00pm while we were in going over stuff. Now in the past I have always dreaded going into the financial room because I never want to buy any of the extra stuff they always pressure you into buying something. Jack was not pushy at all and he made the experience very easy and pleasant as well. On another note today 3 days later we received 5 inches of snow and the car drives like a dream in AWD which I could not say the same about the CX9 over this past winter. It is roomier and has many options the other cars did not have for the same monthly payments. I am telling you after leasing 6 cars over the years this is the first time I walked into a Dealership leasing a car because of the Staff over the Car. Thank you Phil, Jack and Frank. More

My husband and I went into Huntington Toyota yesterday with our 10 month old daughter planning to look around at the Matrix and RAV4. He was so down-to-earth, knowledgeable, and friendly. Not pushy at all! Further, he was very patient while our baby squirmed and squealed the whole time! He presented us with a great offer and we signed by the end of the night. He was really helpful throughout the whole process and I would definitely recommend him to anyone who comes to Huntington Toyota! More

The road test was short. The salesman was pleasant but didn't tell me how long it would take to get the car. I ended up wasting a few hours waiting for nothing. The closing process was awful The closer rushed through the paper work and was very rude. I just called for my first service and the young lady who answered was also rude. Overall a horrible experience. Would never deal with them again. More
I was very pleased with the way I was treated. My overall experience was very satisfactory. The price of the car was good but the free oil change for a year as well as the car wash for an entire yea overall experience was very satisfactory. We went in to look at a car, left a deposit, the next day tried to call about picking up car that day, no return calls. We were going to spend 23k and they didn't have the decency to return calls? Well after they showed me how they do business combined with seeing such poor customer service, we decided against purchasing anything from them but wanted our deposit back. The salesman named MIKE and manager named ROSA, who were more than eager to help a few days before were unable to return several phone calls over several days?? and still haven't. I also tried online representative, never got back to me. Finally, after a week, i sent an email, and a person by the name of Kate got back to me, telling me this is the first she ever heard of the situation. Kate implied she would handle refunding my deposit, i hope she follows through. In the meantime, I had to put in a claim with my bank. iIm assuming they sold the car to someone else while i had a deposit on it...which is an excellent example of the quality of people over there. More
