I did not plan on doing any kind of purchase or lease on that day. As I was sitting down and discussing numbers with Juan , he came out with a fantastic offer that I knew no other dealer could match. The trade in was much higher then elsewhere, and the total lease price was less than I was quoted elsewhere. I clarified with Juan that the only expence left was the motor vehicle charge for the plates. I was actually due back $1301 dollars. Every step of the way Management reviewed and ok'd the numbers.This was all put on a binder. I had to leave at that time , but came back after work to tade in my car and pick up the new car.Juan apparantly could not be there.The plates were switched ,and I inspected the new car before I was brought before the leasing manager. The title to my car was immediately wisked away to some other room and I truly felt it was a done deal. Until the leasing agreement came out. All the numbers were different on the leasing aggreement, and of course nothing was due back to me.Though my car did get the same selling price, it was "capitalized" down to the lease price.After discussing the numbers on the binder,they did reluctantly offer half of the original monies I was due back.I never felt so victimized and abused. I chose not to go foward with the deal and I forwarn everyone tto steer clear. Remember wherever you go,especially if you lease , ask for all costs and fees in writing before you are presented with the lease agreement. More
We really enjoyed working with this dealer. They addressed all our concerns and made sure that we felt good about my purchase. Todd, Frank, Thabiti and Rosa were always polite and professional. We were kept up to date about the status of the delivery of the new sienna se frequently. They even went as far as to bring another version of the van to the dealer so we could be sure that we were purchasing the van we really wanted. I would like to thank them for there time and helpfulness. If these four people are still there in a few years when I need another auto, we will be buying from them! More

I was interested in going back to the Toyota dealer where I had previously purchased my present RAV4. I read excellent reviews for Huntington so my husband and I decided to go and "take a look". This was an excellent experience. When has any car salesman given very good reasons not to buy a larger, more expensive vehicle (that I thought I wanted)? In my experience, never. I thought I wanted a Highlander, but instead, purchased another RAV4. I love the one I have now and am very comfortable driving it. So it really did make more sense to get another one (and it is a little bigger than my 2005). I also asked questions about the more expensive Sport model. Again, Mike told me what was included and asked if I really felt strongly about having them. Actually they were options that I really did not care about. No need to spend more money! Trade-in was fair and price of the new vehicle is just about what I paid for the 2005. I highly recommend this dealership. More

From there we were introduced to Rosa to handle our financing. Prior to purchasing the car I had researched outside financing, and informed Rosa of the rate I desired. Not only did she initially match the rate, but ended up finding us an even better rate. The whole process could not have been any smoother. Charlie and Rosa went above and beyond my expectations. Sunny was the sales person who initially helped me and gave me all of the information I needed on the car I wanted and got me a great deal... but I wasn't ready to make a decision. He shook my hand, gave me a warm smile, and said "I'm here when you need me". What more could you ask for. When I went back the following day David helped me. Again, another truly wonderful salesperson... knowledgeable, friendly and relaxed. I had made my decision and was ready to lease the car. Rosa in Finance was delightful, and so incredibly helpful and organized... everything went smoothly. One of the best things I can say about this dealership was that they all worked together. When I went to pick up my new car, Sunny, David, Chris, Rosa and JC were all there to shake my hand and congratulate me on the new car. I felt like I was part of a family. What more can I say... Huntington Toyota now has a customer for life... and I will highly recommend it to all I know. More

I had a very positive experience at this dealership. I felt that I received a very good deal, one that is far better than I would have gotten anywhere else. Terrence Romano, the salesperson went out of his way to make sure I was happy. He even brought the reg. for the car to my house on his own time. He wasn't pushy, didn't try to back into a deal with me, and I felt that he was very up front with the pricing of the car. Lenny Cafarelli, the general manager, came over to talk to us during the process at least a dozen times just to make sure we were happy. He even brought my pregnant wife fresh baked chocolate chip cookies. It was the first time I actually enjoyed the experience of buying a new car. Needless to say, Huntington Toyota has a new dedicated costumer. When my lease is up, you can be sure I'll be back! More
I always hate the haggling associated with car buying, so I avoid it at all costs. My husband spoke with Lenny, the owner, over the phone and said this was a place I would like. Well, I did! I felt like there was a red carpet laid out for me. Wonderful! I recommend this to everyone looking to buy a car. Charlie is excellent - he explained everything thoroughly; Rosa made the money part easy and friendly. Lenny runs a good shop and he even makes cookies for the customers! They do the license plates and insurance calls right there so we drove our new car home right away. This is where I will go from now on! More
