We had such a great experience here. It was the first Toyota dealership we went to. Alvin Garcia was so patient and informative and not at all pushy. Rosa Fernandez was the financial person we dealt with. Very sweet and she made us feel comfortable about our purchase. We are new to leasing and she went through everything with us and answered all of our questions. We highly recommend this dealership to everyone. There is no bsing here. I'll sure be back in 3 years when I return the car and a Toyota from here is definitely where i'll be in 3 years! I highly recommend this dealership. More

At the time, I questioned a slightly mismatched paint color on the front bumper. I guessed the truck might have had a minor bump at some point, and it had been repainted. There was no evidence of any intrusive accident damage. I've always been a fanatic about my vehicles, so looking at the mismatched bumper was driving me nuts! After almost a year, I finally brought it to the attention of Don in service, and to Chris Tedesco, the Sales Manager. In reality, they really could have told me to "take a hike", it was a used truck after all. Instead, Chris immediately made an appointment for me with their body shop in Huntington. A week later, I dropped it off and had it back in two days! The paint was smooth, free of any flaws, and matched perfectly! They even polished and waxed the whole truck! Nice Job!!! (Thanks Chris and Gino!) These guys do want their customers to be satisfied. A few minor issues I'd had at service were addresed and corrected quickly as well (Thanks Don and Nick). I live in Nassau, but Huntington is worth the trip. These guys are good! And the Tacoma is a great truck! More
My wife and I went to numerous dealerships in Nassau where we live and even had a deal on the car we wanted. Unfortunately after 4 hours of waiting for the car to be ready and the deal to be done,we wal where we live and even had a deal on the car we wanted. Unfortunately after 4 hours of waiting for the car to be ready and the deal to be done,we walked out of advantage Toyota with a bank check and our old car.Enough is enough.When I called other dealers I got a number of stories but no one wanted to talk to me over the phone.When I spoke to Charlie Meuser from Huntington Toyota he was down to earth and spent the time to talk to me intelligently about what I wanted.The next day he had my wife in her car NO HASSLES and COMPLETELY SATISFIED!! I even paid approximately $1000.00 more to Huntington than Advantage because I was so pleased with the sales men and their service. More
From the first phone call to the handing over of the keys - all went quite smoothly! Jenn Reno is a fabulous receptionist - very personable, and great smile (not to mention the chocolate chip cookies!) Tho - all went quite smoothly! Thomas Martin provided the first phone contact information for us - very professional and informative - we knew the cost of the car and the rates for financing before we made the trip to the dealership. We went to the dealership at 7 p.m. Monday evening. When we arrived, Mr. Martin had left for the day, so we were introduced to Ray Nazario, with whom we completed the deal. Ray was friendly, and clear about the procedure, and all aspects of the car. He understood all of our concerns, and made sure that all of our questions were answered fully. Since it was 7 p.m., and the car needed to be brought from another site, we were not able to drive the car home that day. Ray was not scheduled to work on Tuesday, but he gave us his cell phone number so that we could call him, and he would come to the dealership to finalize the sale. (This was not necessary, because WE were not available on Tuesday - and I am glad we did not need to ruin this nice man's day off!!) Anyway - we returned on Wednesday evening, and took the car for a test drive before signing final papers. Todd Coopersmith was extremely helpful in setting up not only the bluetooth for my husband in the new Prius, but he also helped me set up my bluetooth in my 2008 Prius (which I had purchased two years ago!!) Rosa Fernandez was a doll! At the end of the day - it was already 7 p.m. again on Wednesday - she was so upbeat and friendly!! I do not think I have ever had such a fun time signing financing papers!! She is a great numbers lady!! So - overall we had a very pleasant experience - which is very helpful when you are making such a large financial commitment. And in regard to the price - we were quite pleased (our last Prius cost us 2,000 above MSRP in 2008!!! - NOT bought in this dealership - I bought it elsewhere) So - this was a much more successful deal for us!!! This is my third toyota, all from huntington toyota. Nice atmosphere, friendly staff.I went to browse on sunday, met charlie. we had a very pleasant time with this visit to toyota.we always have our car serviced here and have noticed many positive changes since our last visit. we were taken in right away ( we did have a appt.) and always have our car serviced here and have noticed many positive changes since our last visit. we were taken in right away ( we did have a appt.) and our service mananger outlined the work that needed to be done and showed us where the problems were in the engine. juan also arranged a loaner car for us, while the work was being done. he was very good to us! we also very much enjoyed the massage we received from the new massage therapist that was there today. she was a lovely lady , she was nice, cheerful, full of fun, which livened up the atmoshpere of the waiting room! also give a great chair massage!!! there were lots of snacks avaiable, reading material and t.v.'s. a good place if you had to wait! I give this dealer ship a 5 star rating because of the friendliness and professionalism that was shown to me, but mostly because of how they made me feel. This was the first time I have bought a brand ne friendliness and professionalism that was shown to me, but mostly because of how they made me feel. This was the first time I have bought a brand new car from a dealership on my own. Juan Santana was the salesman who assisted me and took me out for a nice, long test drive. He knew his stuff and didn't make me feel like he was trying to make a deal, I felt like he was introducing me to a new friend. And Rosa Fernandez helped calm my nerves by explaining everything simply and helping me get the best price for my new car. I sincerely want to go back just to say hi, for these were really nice people and I honestly feel that they were doing their best to help me out - and not just try to make a sale. Aside from the excellent staff, the lot had a lot of great cars to choose from and the inside was clean and well kept. I was even offered water, coffee and fresh cookies. Ray was forthright and honest as was Frank one of the Sales Managers; there was none of the high pressure I had felt in other dealerships locally. I had a test drive and they answered all my questions. They followed up the next day to check in. When the exact model and color I wanted was not in their inventory, they located the one I wanted within 48 hours. I picked up the car 2 days later. Rosa was wonderful with the lease documentation; efficient and friendly. Everyone in the showroom was willing to pitch in and help out in any way they could; from programming my blue tooth to informing me about service etc. I could not have had a more positive experience.
