We were close to buying a Highlander hybrid from our home dealer, DCH Toyota City in Mamaroneck, when we did a last minute car search, and saw you had a newer, more decked out model for about $1500 more than dealer, DCH Toyota City in Mamaroneck, when we did a last minute car search, and saw you had a newer, more decked out model for about $1500 more than what we were going to pay at DCH. It was worth driving to Huntington to take a look, we thought. The only reason that you got 2 'good' ratings above is that we called your customer service manager, Jean, at 9 am. She went out 'to look at the car' and assess it - and never called back. We called at noon, we called at one. No word back from Jean. Finally, my husband got Charlie on the line. He told us everything we needed to know, took a $500 deposit over the phone, and we drove out the next day for a test drive. Charlie was GREAT, and the Highlander was gorgeous. You made us a great deal on our trade-in, and the price was right on the '09 Highlander. My husband worked with your sales managers for HOURS on the contracts; they were very understanding of the attorney in their midst, and made some great concessions -- which made him hugely happy. He was locked in Rosa's office for hours over the additional warranty--he ended up taking it upon the advice of your business managers -- I hope it pays off. THank you so much. Went to Toyota to look at the Highlander and compare with the Audi Q5 I was thinking of buying. Was greeted at the door by David Moon. Immediately showed me 2 potential cars while explaining the diferences the Audi Q5 I was thinking of buying. Was greeted at the door by David Moon.
