I found my sales rep, Charlie Meuser, to be very helpful, friendly, knowledgeable, and exceptionally easy to deal with. Some dealerships were helpful, but did not have the vehicle we wanted. There was one dealership that was not helpful at all and I would never recommend that dealership to anyone. Huntington Toyota on the other hand would receive my highest recommendation; both at the sales office and the service office. I am very pleased to date with any interaction I have had with them. More

Our sales associate was Todd Coppersmith and he cheerfully provided us the extra time we needed to set up Conner's car seat for the test drive. Todd was knowledgeable, professional and attentive. He never once pressured us, but when we made it clear we were ready to purchase the car he quickly brought in the sales manager Tony Calamia and the business manager Mike B. We told them what we wanted to pay and they made the deal work. Todd and his staff made us feel welcome. I do not usually write reviews, but when I receive extraordinary service it deserves mention. As I sat waiting for my salesman, Corey Wallace (who was terrific) Myron came by and started a conversation. He didn't know what he was getting himself into. When the time came for me to "negotiate" the price, I told Corey I was at such a loss because this was what my husband always did. I turned to Myron and asked if he would play the role of my husband. He came over and REALLY negotiated for me. He was just delightful. They made a hell of a team. If I didn't get a great deal, I will never know. He has a good sense of humor but is serious about making a sale and making the customer happy but at the same time doesn't put pressure on the customer.
