Troy made it clear from the very beginning that he wanted me to be 100% satisfied with every aspect of my new lease agreement. I had asked if he would help with the hook-up of my wifes cell phone. When we arrived to pick-up the car he took my wifes phone while we signed the papers and hooked up the phone. I met with Gary and he was a true professional. I explained my issue at Penn Toyota and he assured he could find me the car I wanted at the right price. He let us take an extended test drive of the car and found the exact color and model of the car we wanted in a lot in Bayshore. We agreed on a price and he was able to arrange delivery that day! They had someone drive the car from Bayshore and were able to prep the car and everything in only a few hours. I'm very happy I decided to drive almost 45+ minutes to get a much better experience at Huntington Toyota. More

I bought a certified Sienna from Huntington Toyota 2 months ago. My experience both pre-sales and post-sales support has been great! I frankly had put off buying a used car because I was so worried abou months ago. My experience both pre-sales and post-sales support has been great! I frankly had put off buying a used car because I was so worried about pushy salespeople. Ali, the salesperson who took care of me, was completely contrary to all the stereotypes I'd heard all along. My wife and I spent hours at the dealership going back and forth between 6 different used vehicles and test-drove 5 of them plus a brand-new Sienna on both inside roads and a 45 MPH stretch of local highway. We had an aggressive budget and couldn't make up our minds about choosing accessories, given our pre-schooler's propensity for making massive messes and our own discomfort with driving and parking a vehicle almost twice the size of our little Sentra in NYC. But Ali was supremely patient with us, and in fact the insightful questions he asked us were really designed to help us move forward with our decision. He kept responding to our endless queries about the combinations available, the pricing, the options for any number of permutations of options, etc., educating us along the way but remaining supremely patient when we kept asking even obvious questions. After our test drives, we switched to the even more arduous process of figuring out which combination we wanted, new or certified, and looking at our financing options. Ali sat us down comfortably, was forthright with the options he could offer us, and didn't press us one way or the other. He seemed more like our adviser than the scary car salesman we usually hear about. What both my wife and I appreciated, when we compared notes later, was that he was completely straightforward about the fact that he and his employer had to make a bit of profit, and he could negotiate certain parts but sometimes couldn't go further on others. He even talked to his manager, Tony, for certain things we felt we needed, and Tony was very flexible with us as well. As car buyers, we need a service - good advice from a knowledgeable party and zero pushiness - and as customers we need to understand that good service costs money. Given the hours Ali spent with us, we were much happier that our negotiations were based on a mutual trust and understanding of each others' role, i.e., we work hard to get our money and want to get good value for it, and he doesn't work for nothing. I wish more transactions were that way. We really feel satisfied and confident in our final decision, and that is worth the $200 we may have "saved" had I gone to another dealer (BTW, we checked the prices in the area before heading out to these guys). It quite honestly wouldn't have been worth the aggravation during the process, and that ugly feeling afterwards that you were taken advantage of somehow. My post-sales support was brilliant. We had some accessories installed. Ali ensured that the work was done on time and delivered the car to us personally since it would have been more difficult for us to pick up. There was a minor issue with the work and I was able to call him up, and he was immediately on the issue. He oversaw the work personally and was very apologetic that it was overlooked originally, even though it was very cosmetic. This is what good customer service is. It doesn't end when the money changes hands, but people take pride and ownership of their dealings with each other. This is the mark of a respectable business, and I really hope others have the same experience and excellent level of service that we got from Ali and his team at Huntington Toyota. More
Charlie Meuser was my sales person and specialist in the Prius. He was extremely knowledgable, and even showed me how to drive the car to get the most mpg, and has been responsive in answering any question Prius. Lenny the General Manager went above and beyond to make sure I was happy and accommodated in every way. Everyone from the receptionist, to the finance people were friendly and professional and made sure I had everything I needed. There was no pressure, just service. Most importantly they respected my time and were very patient for a stressed out client. I got an excellent deal. I would recommend this dealership wholeheartedly to anyone. More

Tommy was a great to deal with. Very professional,friendly and patient. We were there for approximately 6 hours but the time really flew. The only constructive critisism I have is that the right break light does not work and the windshield washer fluid was all but empty.
