They helped me find the vehicle and the type payment structure that fits my needs. The information I asked for was given in an upfront and honest fashion. At no point through the process did I feel pressured or pushed. I have had experiences in the past that were not positive with other dealers and this experience made me a believer that in the car industry its not just about making a sale, its about developing a long lasting relationship. My honest opinion is that I feel like a became part of a family today with the purchase of my vehicle and look forward to next opportunity to do business with them. I also know that if I have any issues at all they will be there. Never thought I would ever be typing out a testimony such as this and quite frankly hated the thought of looking for a new vehicle. I sat down with Peter, told him the price I wanted to pay and voila I had a new car. Many get frustrated with the car buying experience...keep in mund a delaership is a business with overhead and must cover those costs and hopefully make a profit. So don't get frustrated by the process, instead research the car you want, test drive it, determine the price you want to pay.........name your price and wait for a reasonable offer. This is my 2nd purchase from Huntington, I live in Queens so it's a bit of a haul but well worth it. Peter thanks for everything....see you in a few years! Joe More

I have to tell you that I always have a great experience at your facility. From the minute I drive up until the minute I leave. Everyone there is always so very helpful. This was unlike any dealership I've ever walked into. Immediately greeted with a loud and excited "Hello! Welcome!" by the lovely Rosemary, and then offered fresh baked Otis Spunkmeyer cookies and fres Immediately greeted with a loud and excited "Hello! Welcome!" by the lovely Rosemary, and then offered fresh baked Otis Spunkmeyer cookies and fresh brewed coffee. My wife and I proceeded to partake in ten of said cookies and a few coffees over the hours we were there. I had called ahead and they actually took note, didn't just give lip service over the phone, and were expecting me when I arrived. I had made an appointment to see Lenny and he was called out to greet me moments after we walked in. Lenny instantly had me relaxed and laughing. He put me with David Moon, a young sales associate that has been with the dealership for 8 years I learned, and Dave gave me honest, straightforward advice. He was patient and knowledgable, taking me on two long test drives and steering me away from purchases that, looking back, would have been mistakes. I chose an SUV and David handed things over to Rosa in Business Affairs. It took a few hours because of my average-at-best credit rating, but they were able to get me a great interest rate in spite of the hurdles they faced. They prepped the vehicle, took care of insurance, registration, et al, happily, and we were off. This place feels like it exists in an alternate dealership dimension. Opposite all other dealerships I've visited, where they get to you when they get to you, or you feel like it's you against the salesperson. Lenny Cassarelli has somehow created something that I did not think existed; a friendly, laid back but efficient car dealership. An operation that I have already recommended them to my own brother and will continue to recommend to anyone that is looking to purchase a vehicle and have a good time doing it. And recommend them with confidence. More

Unfortuntely as a result of a car accident, we were in the market for a new car. Toyota was on our list of dealerships to look at. My compliments to Huntington Toyota! Let me begin by saying I might be a car dealership's most horrible type of customer - I am not a car person (4 wheels, forward & reverse and the seat belts work, I a saying I might be a car dealership's most horrible type of customer - I am not a car person (4 wheels, forward & reverse and the seat belts work, I am good to go...)so, it was with great dread that I assisted my daughter with her first new car experience. We are a Toyota family (1990, 1991, 1998, 2004) and have relied on the brand for safety and performance. That said, my daughter looked at other brands and shopped other dealers. She did not have very positive experiences with some of the dealers she visited. I reminded her I had purchased my car (2004) at Huntington Toyota. I called to request some financial information; David Moon returned my call within 20 minutes over their very busy Thanksgiving weekend with the information I requested. We made arrangements to visit that afternoon (Saturday); we were greeted in a very friendly manner by David, he reviewed all model and financial considerations, alerted us to some very generous incentives and started the process. We returned on Sunday with some paperwork, again treated in a professional and friendly manner, received a generous trade-in allowance and was advised the new car (lease) would be ready the next day. We returned the following evening, the car was ready, the trade-in effected. Rosa Fernandez made all of the lease language understandable; it was such a pleasure dealing with such a friendly and knowledgeable person. She and Tony Calamia made the process dignified and workable; I appreciate being treated with kindness and respect, and thank Tony for looking at specific considerations and making such a great deal for our daughter! David Moon, Rosa Hernandez and Tony Calamia exemplify collaborative partnering that works, and demonstrated our best interest with every item and issue we covered. We are thrilled with a beautiful vehicle for our daughter within a workable budget, a wonderful protection package for maintenance and personal care, and the knowledge we have Huntington Toyota to return to for our next vehicle.
