This dealer gave me the low financing rate I was looking for, and the car I purchased was at a good price with a good warranty included. After visiting several other dealerships and looking at other makes/models of cars, my 2009 white Corolla from Huntington Toyota was the best choice for me and I am very happy. I chose this dealership because I wanted to keep the business locally if we were able. My husband and I visited several Toyota Dealerships and although one was around the same price, I chose to stick w business locally if we were able. My husband and I visited several Toyota Dealerships and although one was around the same price, I chose to stick with our first choice and that was Charlie. He kept us informed. After our first visit, we left, because we had no idea that the Prius' price jumped so much. Charlie was persistant and not pushy, like we felt with some other dealerships. So when he called us in for another visit, we knew the timing was right. Above everything, Charlie was honest and THAT, in itself, is another reason we came back to Huntington Toyota! More
Salesperson, Phil Rodriguez, has a way with customers that does not intimidate. Quite the contrary. He impresses with his knowledge of the Toyota product and creates an atmosphere of trust. From a financial point of view, he was quite efficient especially in those sometimes troublesome areas such as lease terminology which include a vast array of cost items. He displayed a sincere interest in making certain we knew the workings of the Camry and did not mind explaining something twice. Phil took the time to allow my wife and I to test drive two of your autos before making our decision.He expended a significant effort in delivering the car to us by using much of his own "elbow grease". Rosa Fernandez, your financial wizard, was also quite helpful in explaining many of the lease contract terms essential to understand before signing any legal agreement. She was patient and of course quite knowledgeable in a line of work she apparently enjoys. More
My wife and I had been planning to change our 16 year old BMW since last year, and were never comfortable enough with options we were given to do so. Last week we visited 2 Toyota dealers in our neighborhood and weren’t too happy with the sales associates during the negotiation process (we were either not being listened to or being pushed toward another vehicle). We had done our research and knew exactly what we wanted and how much we wanted to pay for it. We decided to give Toyota one more try by visiting Huntington Toyota (their website stated that they had the particular make and model we wanted in stock). When we walked through the door we were introduced to Todd who walked us right to the car of interest. While there he asked us about our needs and concerns and managed to answer all of our questions very patiently (and with me that can be a hard to thing to do as I had a boat load of questions to which I knew most of the answers but I wanted to see if he was being honest). Todd however must have sensed that my wife was not too sold on the model we came in for and sensibly introduced us to the Highlander. Well my eyes wife lit up and Todd managed to thoroughly sell us on the car. During negotiations, he listened to our requests and reasonably and fairly negotiated all points without coming across as frustrated, irritated, or hard to work with. It was truly the best car buying experience we’ve ever had. It could not get any better, but then we met Rosa, the Business Manager and she simply was a sweetheart, prepared and professional. Now we have the car that fits best for our family at the price point we wanted. We could not have asked for more. EXCELLENT SERVICE HUNTINGTON TOYOTA. Keep it up. Will definitely be back. More

As a recent college graduate, I didn't know what to expect for my first time buying a car. It was such an awesome experience, especially working with David! Although it ended up taking about three week expect for my first time buying a car. It was such an awesome experience, especially working with David! Although it ended up taking about three weeks to finalize the process (I ended up with a lease instead of a purchase), David was extremely patient with all the unforeseen "hiccups" with paperwork. He even managed to give me a call every few days to make sure that he was still there for me as a trustworthy Toyota man. :-) When I finally got the Camry, everything about it was amazing! I am so happy to have had an awesome first experience with a car dealership. More
3 years ago had bad experience here, but under new management. Everybody great, from receptionist, salesman, sales manager, finance guy, and tech who put plates on, prepped car, and instructed me in management. No sales pitch from Salesman Troy Williams, listened to my idea (buy car off lease), gave me numbers on all options, met with sales manager, Tony, equally up front. Showed my wife(the boss) car that evening, and once decision was made, very helpful in switching cars and getting me out door in two days. Finance guy totally up front, not one hidden venue or change in numbers, made sure I had all documents in order. Like everyone, I work 18 hours a day, so I really appreciated this treatment which really boiled down to 2 visits at less than 40 minutes each. Best experience (with cars that is) ever had. At 60 years old, this was better than sex! Hope to do it again in 39 months. More
