It was replaced it without a problem. While there he was also very impressed with the service area and the speed of which it was handled. In addition, he mentioned to the mechanic that a small clip was missing from the seatbelt and that was also fixed without a problem. Everything was excellent. My father and I seemed to be on a wild goose chase trying to find a used FJ Cruiser- they were selling very quickly. Mike and Lenny provided above and beyond customer service, letting us know the second that to find a used FJ Cruiser- they were selling very quickly. Mike and Lenny provided above and beyond customer service, letting us know the second that one was expected to arrive. Upon seeing the vehicle for the first time, they could tell that there were certain parts that we weren't thrilled with- the previous owner had somehow made some holes on the inside panel of the back door, some stains on the seat, etc. Mike and Lenny immediately drove us down the road to the service center and fixed the problems. These guys won't let you leave feeling unsatisfied, I can promise that. Moreover, I took the car back home to Vermont (my family lives on Long Island) and noticed that the previous owner must have backed into something because the tailpipe was crushed. I contacted Lenny and he was extremely understanding. He told me to make an appointment at the service center near me and contact him when the appointment was made. He followed through and took care of the tailpipe issue, as promised- I didn't have to pay a thing. This is my third car buying experience and it surpasses all previous experiences. Lenny treated me like a friend/family member. I am now trying to convince everyone I know to cross over to Toyotas not only because they are great cars, but because of the customer service at Huntington Toyota. I will honestly make the 8 hour drive back to Long Island from Vermont again to buy another car from Huntington Toyota when the time comes. I refuse to go anywhere else now! Tony actually changed the terms of our contract AFTER we signed it. He added the words "customer is buying the vehicle mechanically AS IS" after we signed the contract. They helped me find the vehicle and the type payment structure that fits my needs. The information I asked for was given in an upfront and honest fashion. At no point through the process did I feel pressured or pushed. I have had experiences in the past that were not positive with other dealers and this experience made me a believer that in the car industry its not just about making a sale, its about developing a long lasting relationship. My honest opinion is that I feel like a became part of a family today with the purchase of my vehicle and look forward to next opportunity to do business with them. I also know that if I have any issues at all they will be there. Never thought I would ever be typing out a testimony such as this and quite frankly hated the thought of looking for a new vehicle. Many get frustrated with the car buying experience...keep in mund a delaership is a business with overhead and must cover those costs and hopefully make a profit. So don't get frustrated by the process, instead research the car you want, test drive it, determine the price you want to pay.........name your price and wait for a reasonable offer. This is my 2nd purchase from Huntington, I live in Queens so it's a bit of a haul but well worth it. Peter thanks for everything....see you in a few years! Joe More
