I used to bring in my old 1996 Toyota Camry in for service all the time here years ago. I moved out of the state so I can't bring my car for service anymore. Lenny Cafarelli, the General Manger, was courteous, professional and true to his word, which was wonderful since the previous day we were verbally abused and bullied at Atlantic Toyota in Amityville. Lenny promised that our experience at Huntington Toyota would be totally different and that his team would make sure everything from the financing to picking up the car would go smoothly. True to his word, Lenny and his team delivered. We didn’t even have to go into the dealership until the day we picked up the car. Lenny Cafarelli, Charlie Meuser and Rosa Fernadez went up and beyond for us. Rosa successfully succeeded in obtaining a 1.99 rate for our financing and was great about processing our paperwork expediently. Charlie was exceptional in making sure that everything ran smoothly and that it was good experience, especially after the incident at Atlantic Toyota. Charlie, was kind enough to get me a bow for the car, took the time to clearly explain all the features of the car and how to obtain the best gas mileage. Moreover, Charlie's thorough understanding of the Pruis helped me get a better understand the features of my other car, a Lexus hybrid. Charlie is an exceptional salesman. Since our leased cars would be up soon, my daughter and I headed to Huntington Toyota where we had obtained these cars. As soon as we entered the door to the dealership, I informed salesman, Peter Rezamand, headed to Huntington Toyota where we had obtained these cars. As soon as we entered the door to the dealership, I informed salesman, Peter Rezamand, that we had been inundated with offers from other dealerships to purchase our leased cars and they would give us a great deal. Although we have been very happy with this dealership in the past, loyalty was out the window and we had just begun our search for the best deal. Well, it seems Peter saved us a lot of time. My experience buying a new Prius could not have been better. I was introduced by Lenny to Charlie Meuser as the "Prius expert" and that's true. It took a couple of weeks to find the exact 2012 model I wanted because they are in high demand, but Lenny and Charlie had both said that I might have to wait. They went out of their way to locate the car at another metro area dealer. I also want to mention Liz, who is pleasant and professional handling calls and did her best to make sure my questions were answered. When I took delivery, Charlie made sure that I thoroughly understood the car before driving away. From my own experience, I firmly believe that Lenny and his staff look out for all of their customers. More

I called so the dealership could have my check ready for pick up and then i was transferred to speak to Rosa Hernandez OMG in 1 week we not only had a car but even a newer model less miles awesome condition. I could not believe how quickly Rosa Hernanadez was able to put everything together for us and in a comfortable monthly payment and a great low interest rate. I must honestly say if it wasnt for Rosa we would have purchased a car from another Toyota dealership.I cannot say enough about how professional she was and most importantly how she treated us made us feel we were her number 1 prioroty. All i can say is with a person like Rosa Hernandez working for Huntington Toyota they will not be losing any of there customers.This dealership as a gem working for them i hope they treat her well & that she is greatly appreciated for her hard work and dedication. Most everything was going smoothly until we started to sign the paperwork. The second key for the car (we assumed that key was for our car) was on Brandon's desk, and when we took possession of the car, t sign the paperwork. Although Tommy MacFall and Brandon Vergara looked for the second key, they could not find it. Tommy MacFall told us that he would have one for us on Friday. When we called the dealership, both Tommy and Brandon were off that day. The Manager, Chris said he knew nothing about it. We were also told that we had to bring the car in to get another key. This was not told to us origanally and was somewhat of an inconvenience. I woul recommend this dealership even though not everyone knew what was going on. When I returned the next Friday, everyone in the dealership was extremely helpful and courteous. Tommy was off, but Brandon was there and helped with a few questions and concerns. I needed touch up paint which I got at the service building, as well as a quick visit to discuss my gas mileage. I was informed that the Prius' mileage does drop in cold weather due to all the extra additives in the gas. The spring and summer gas does not have that many additives and the Prius would provide much better mileage in the warmer weather. Service told me that if the car's mileage does not improve with the warmer weather, they would check it out. I found the whole experience wih Huntington Toyota mostly positive.(except for the extra key, and not being told about the Prius' mileage in the winter. I really believe in honesty and would have purchased the car anyway. Sheri More
The customer service was great because of the Saleman Ray Nazario. He kept me informed concerning the purchase price the rate of interest and setting up a pickup time for my car. The quality of work was ok, but not complete due to the body shop not doing all the touch painting & repairs. The cost quoted for paint & repairs were off by quite a bit. The Saleman Ray Nazario made my experience great because of how professional & friendly he is. After all was said & done it was a good experience to deal with Huntington Toyota.
