I said you seem to be a friendly person, and ask if he will be our sales person. I told him what I wanted; and that my husband and son has done some homework on the Prius. (Which was my vehicle of Choice). He offered us water & tea, and the cookies were added sweet treat. I was stuck on a Gold Prius; but knew I was limited because the 2012 did not make them anymore, so he searched and came up with one, that was a perfect fit for me, we negotiated the deal, and came up with a price that was fair all around. My son was happy because he was going to get my 2009 Yaris and the perk of the I-pad was a bonus I passed to him. Our sales person David Schweitzer made us feel very relax & comfortable. He took his time going for test drives and being very patient as I was deciding between the 2012 red or 2011 gold. David has a charming personality and seems to be sincere in wanting to make us feel comfortable and to give us the deal we were looking for. I went to the Huntington Toyota after seeing the ad for a used toyota rav 4 and their leases. Was not sure if I wanted to lease or buy a used car. We had already been to two other dealerships (Not Toyota) an used toyota rav 4 and their leases. Was not sure if I wanted to lease or buy a used car. We had already been to two other dealerships (Not Toyota) and my husband was not happy with his experience at the other places. I had inquired online and had gotten emails from two people and spoke to them before we went to make sure the add was what it said it was. When we got there Charlie Meuser immediately came over to help us. We told him what we wanted to spend as a monthly payment and test drove the rav 4 and after discussing it with him decided the lease was the best option for us. I never expected to be driving my new car that day but he made it very easy for us to do that and within a few hours time I had my new car. My experience at Huntington Toyota was much better than I had ever experienced in my past with (1)other purchase and (2)other leases; Never owned or leased a Toyota however. I drove into the dealership around noon Saturday Memorial Day weekend, parked my car, began looking at vehicles with no expectations but to possibly test drive a car or two. I not only test drove a Camry and two Rav4's and sat in about ten other vehicles, but I drove away six hours later in my own Rav4 very excited and without an ounce of stress, never to see my leased vehicle I drove in with again. The reason why? I never had to. Nor did I feel like I ever wanted to. It was less than five minutes from the time I started looking at vehicles, that a young salesman by the name of David Schweitzer met me in the parkimg lot and asked me if there was anything he could help me with. I don't think David could have guessed what a mouthful that was, nor did I know at the time. I was undecided between a Rav4, Camry, CRV, Accord, Outback or Forester; I had (1)more payment left on my Sonata lease which was due back in July and this was my first stop. As it turned out it was all I needed I'm very happy to say. David was nothing short of amazing. His keen ear didnt miss a detail I spoke. He read my reactions while driving each vehicle and knew what questions to ask if it looked like I was unsure. David stuck with me for six hours. Whether I had a question about a car or the financing involved, David strived to keep my dream within reach. If he didnt have the answer, he immediately reached out to the sales staff and got answers.He knew all along that they definately had a vehicle that would meet all my needs design wise & price wise. Bottom line; I purchased a certified pre-owned 2009 Rav4 Limited Edition in imaculate shape. Toyota even made the last lease payment on my Sonata and returned the veicle for me. I'm saving $40 a week in fuel and am driving 110 miles a day in comfort. I couldn't be happier and have no regrets about never visiting the other dealerships. Thank you Toyota! After weeks of searching high and low for the Trifecta of Happiness, I was relieved to meet David S. and the rest of the crew at Huntington Toyota. Well, it's one part fair price,one part professionalism and finally the most important part of all, RESPECT. David was almost too good to be true. I can be a difficult consumer, I admit it...I do my homework & I'm not a fool. That being said, David embraced the fact I was an educated consumer and he treated me, and more importantly, my LADY FRIEND, with class. He also has a fantastic sense of humor (which is needed in all aspects of life). He was honest, contrite and personable. In my humble opinion, David would be successful at any endeavor he chose to pursue. Huntington Toyota has a real asset in him. The staff at Huntington Toyota should give seminars to the other dealerships I wasted my valuable time at. I will refer all family and friends to David and the fine people at Huntington Toyota.
