Joe was very attentive and went out of his way to answer all my queations. He went over the entire vehicle with me when I picked up my new vehicle and explained how specific features operated. When there was a small problem with my new vehicle he met me at the service department the next morning and made sure I was taken care of immiediately, with minimal inconvenience. He went so far as getting Nick Garguilo (Service Manager)involved who expidited the minor repair and gave me $80 worth of gift cards for the inconvenience to me and my out of town guest, which I never expected. They put a mechanic to work on my vehicle right away and was on my way in less than an hour. I couldn't have been more pleased and it gave me confidence that I can rely on them and made the right choice. More

Although we have owned Toyota and Lexus cars for 30 years, it was the first time we purchased a car from Huntington Toyota. I was looking for a small SUV and Huntington Toyota advertised a Subaru Forester. I made an appointment to see the car. The salesman, "Gary" (I might of forgetton his name) wish I had was friendly howe advertised a Subaru Forester. I made an appointment to see the car. I decided to purcahse the car, left a deposit and came back in a few days to pick it up. I did ask him about a warranty and he told me it's beign sold as is and he just turned and walked away. So now I had to purchase a warranty for $1500.00. Good thing I did. The car spent the first month I had it in service. Front suspension repair, rear diff. replacement,front right control arm replacemen, etc. Thank god for the warranty and your wonderful service dept. They where helpful, understanding gave me a loaner to use, truly they are an asset to youyr dealership. As far as the car goes, I sold it and lost money. I learned a valuable lesson, don't buy a used car unless it's certified. As far as the salesman is goes. Better training, customer service training, etc. I should walked out but your dealership had a good reputation. More

I have never sat down to write a review about anyone BUT Tommy MacFall was one of the most amazing sales persons we have ever dealt with, and so I was forced. We came in two hours to closing yet he was smil Tommy MacFall was one of the most amazing sales persons we have ever dealt with, and so I was forced. A good sales person makes all the difference in a buying experience and I definitely recommend looking for this guy when you go into Huntington Toyota.
