Vijay was an excellent salesman. He knew the product, was not too pushy, was accommodating, friendly and timely followed up with me. Never bought a car quicker and more satisfied with my salesman. Car was very nicely detailed for pick up and my son (the real driver of the car) was sufficiently explained all operations of the car. Only negative comment concerns time it took to do financial transaction picking up the car. I had to wait around a little longer than I would have preferred. This was not Vijay's fault. In fact, he did his best to keep us engaged while we waited for the person we needed to meet become available. Again, this really was not a major issue. More

From the onset, we found Jasmine's outgoing personality and work ethic to be top shelf. She proved to be an excellent listener. Apparently new at this sales position (at least at this dealership), if she did not have an answer to a question, she went out of her way to confer with her more experienced colleagues. We found this sort of honesty at a car dealership to be quite refreshing. (Plus, she laughed at all of my husbands jokes.) We "crunched the numbers" with Tony Calamia and after spirited negotiations, we left feeling we got a fair price for our new Rav 4. We would definitely buy another car here and from the same dealers!
