I was shopping for a new car for my wife and it was between a Chevy Equinox and a Toyota Rav4 .We decided to shop locally for the Rav4 and chose our local Huntington Toyota .We settle for a brand new 2 between a Chevy Equinox and a Toyota Rav4 .We decided to shop locally for the Rav4 and chose our local Huntington Toyota .We settle for a brand new 2011 Rav4 . The next day we took it for a service visit and the car was in an accident while at the dealer . We called the general manager Lenny Cafarelli and asked him that the right thing would be to get a replacement car since our car was 100 miles and damaged , without thinking it twice , he replaced the damaged car with a brand new 2012 Rav4 . That's what I call Customer Satisfaction and going the extra mile for me and my family my wife is very happy as well as myself .
