Our final decision to purchase our vehicle, was influenced by our sales rep Hernan. He listened to what we wanted and didn't try to push another car on us even though the dealership didn't have th influenced by our sales rep Hernan. Instead he worked with the inventory manager, Joe, to find our perfect car. Which turned out to be a new 2013 Venze XLE. Our trade in was fair and again without being pushy even though we had a higher number in our mind. Overall everyone was friendly, helpful, and hard working. Not at all what we had expected.
