I purchased a CERTIFIED Pre-owned 2010 Toyota Highlander Limited from Toyota of Huntington in September of 2012. At the time the car had just under 28,000 miles. Certified Pre-Owned is supposed to entail a thorough check of the vehicle before "certifying" it. After a visual inspection I drove off the lot very excited in my new car. There were a few basic problems with the car that were missed by the technician performing the CPO inspection. When I had expressed my disappointment Toyota of Huntington took ownership and resolved all of the issues. I was most impressed by Rose Fernandez who took a personal interest in making sure the customer was satisfied. I felt I had a customer advocate at the service department. My username is Was-a-fan. And now I'm a fan once again. Great customer service and ownership of the problem is the most important thing for me in doing business with a car dealer. More

We went to the Toyota Dealership looking to buy a Hybrid Highlander, primarily to reduce our fuel consumption and to make our little contribution to the environment as well. Once we got there and Vijay asked us various questions on how we plan using the car and even showed us the Highlander Hybrid. However, he then told us to take a look at the Prius V. It was spacious, great mpg compared to a highlander and the price was very good. We took it for a test drive and we were sold. We have been driving it now and my husband totally loves it. In retrospect, what we truly appreciated is the fact that Vijay listened to what we needed and guided us to the right choice for us. Thank you! More

Even though I was able to get a slightly better price elsewhere, I came back to Charlie because he was so helpful. I did by the car, and he made the whole experience enjoyable. Hi! We went to Huntington Toyota because our 2001 Sienna had a problem with the defroster. Chris Garzone, although he is not pictured, (he is the the one with white hair and the great smile!!) I asked wha had a problem with the defroster. Chris Garzone, although he is not pictured, (he is the the one with white hair and the great smile!!) I asked what time the car would be taken in and he warned us that there were already 100 cars ahead of us, so it could be a while, but in a few hours, Chris was able to tell us that our Defroster cannot be fixed at this time, but we had a much worse problem. There was a hole in our disk break, which, if left unattended would potentially have sparked and caused a fire in my car. We told Chris that we didn't want to do anything fancy because our car had 126,250 miles on it and we plan to buy or lease a new one in the near future, but to go ahead and fix the breaks. We replaced the brakes at a reasonable price. Toyota's service prices are always reasonable in Huntington and Chris always provides excellent service. He did not suggest or pressure us in any way to do more repairs on the car. He did let us know that in a few months, our tires (which we had rotated and aligned) would need replacement. He got us a fair estimate for the tires, but we decided to pass. Chris asked us if we had all our needs met and we shook hands, happy and satisfied because the answer was yes! :) We left Huntington Toyota extremely satisfied. However, it bothered me that my car could have exploded with my two sons or my husband and myself driving it. Let's face it...my 2001 Sienna, which has been to Kalamazoo, MI and Niagara Falls each several times, is an old girl that needs some rest, despite the fact that like Timex, she keeps on ticking...and the cassette player still works like new! :) But, we decided to go down the block and test drive the new 2013 Toyota Sienna at Huntington Toyota Scion, since we are a family that does not like change and we bought our 2001 Sienna there 12 years ago. When we got to Huntington Toyota Scion, we decided first we would take a look at the Highlander because we have 2 boys and they are not getting any smaller. We met John Kraft, who asked if we wanted to go in the Highlander for a test drive since we had never driven a truck. I drove the car and fell in love! I was ready to drive it home!!! But my husband is not easily convinced of spontaneous purchases. So, I told John that if he wanted to sell us this truck, he would have to make his best deal because as a former real estate broker, I do not like to haggle. I want a fair, honest price. John heard my concerns, answered all my questions about the truck while we did our test drive and then told me he would speak to Eric his sales manager, who would want to meet us. We met with Eric and I told him I wanted a bottom line, fair price to buy and the comparison to lease and if the price was right, we would have a deal! Eric gave us a great price, John wrote up the sale and I took the Highlander home last night!!! We love our new Highlander, we loved working with John Kraft because he listened to our concerns and he did not play games. And I would recommend Huntington Toyota Scion without any reservation for both service and for purchase of your new or used car because this is a dealership you can trust!!!
