Mr. Khan, Thank you for sharing your views with us. Firstly we do want to apologize if there seems to be a disconnect here. Unfortunatley, the company we pay for website maintenance made an error that was out of our hands. We are currently investigating as to what happened. We do apologize for the misunderstanding. You also mention a prior experience, however we do ask all customers to leave a 100% refundable deposit on all pre owned vehicles prior to coming in. We have over 20 associates working from the same inventory. We move cars relatively quickly. Please let me know how I can help you make this better and I will see what I can do.
