Yesterday my wife,my son and I visited your office and our Sales Consultant was Mr Shahed Quadir. We advised Mr quadir that our intentions were to buy a new brand car Toyota 2013 LE automatic. In the firs our Sales Consultant was Mr Shahed Quadir. We advised Mr quadir that our intentions were to buy a new brand car Toyota 2013 LE automatic. In the first place Mr Quadir explained to us about the car in general and in order to have better experience on the car in question , Mr Quadir took my son for a drive so that to be familiar with the car. During the tour in question, Mr Quadir was talking ,explaining in detail about the car and responding to our questions in detail . Honestly we as family felt that we were tourists and Mr Quadir was indeed our guide. Besides, the tour was indeed fantastic and all his explanations were very fruitful and to the point . Later on, we entered into the office and we have started our serious negotiations on the price of the car. Definetely, in every negotiation both parties try to negotiate to the best interest of the party. Needless to mention that Mr Quadir was very patient with us going and coming to his supervisor for calculations and approvals until finally we got a deal. It was very reasonable deal and let me say here :A win win situation for both parties. Today we returned to the office in order to finalize the deal in question. Being a person who has been working in the banking industry for the past 40 years, honestly I was comparing Mr Quadir's approach to us and the way he was handling the matter in a very professional way, so I thought to bring this good work to the attention of his supervisors and I insisted to talk to his Manager Mr Eric who received my appreciation to the way Mr Quadir's handled the sale of the car. After having finalized all the transaction he took us to see the car and started explaining to my son everything about the car, and was very open in receiving our questions in a very polite way and to that we were indeed happy about the way we have been treated at your esteemed office. Finally we as a family wish Mr Quadir the best of luck and success in his endeavours by helping customers to the entire of their satisfaction and to the entire satisfaction of his employers. Due to the aforesaid mentioned we say to Mr Quadir : Thank You and continue with your good work, as such this is going to be the corner stone of your future career in the Auto Sales Industry, since I do believe working with people is very difficult since you come across so many customers and everyone has his own thinking and the Sales Consultant has to be a Psychologist and very patient in dealing with many and diverse customers. I do request from the Management of Toyota to please acknowledge the good work that Mr Quadir presented his services to us , so that he can continue giving his services to the entire satisfaction of Toyota customers. Great experience, very efficient, staff is very professional in their appearance and communications with the customer. I did not have to wait before my car was taken in for service. My service was the initial 5K check so minimal work was to be done and I didn't expect to be there long. But said that you never know who is there before you. I was in and out in 30 minutes. During prior appointments, if there was a wait or delay, they always make sure I was aware of the impact and worked to make it as short as possible. I appreciate the fact that Huntington Toyota Service has late afternoon routine service appointments that fit well with my schedule. Their customer lounge is very comfortable and I like that they have a television and wifi and coffee to help pass the time as I wait. I have a prepaid maintenance agreement from the time I got the car, so while its in my best interests to bring the car to Huntington Toyota Service, I would come here (assuming they service other makes and models) even If I did not have a Toyota. More

Our Sales Consultant, Shahed Quadir (nickname Q) was outstanding. He made my wife and I feel comfortable from the moment we met him. We are previous Camry owners, had researched other vehicles, but dec outstanding. He made my wife and I feel comfortable from the moment we met him. We are previous Camry owners, had researched other vehicles, but decided to purchase another Camry, so we were looking for the best price. Q was extremely knowledgeable about the car. We were given an exceptional financing option for purchase, and the final sales price we negotiated was approved on the spot by the manager, Tony Calamia, who also demonstrated an exceptional knowledge of the vehicle. The final price was actually lower than a well known national vehicle purchasing program. Our credit was approved by the business office, while we were discussing the vehicle with our Sales Consultant, saving us the wasted time of having to sit around in the business office. Q demonstrated the vehicles' features, particularly the electronics that were added since our last Camry purchase, and assured us that at the time of pick up he would be there to go over everything in more detail. He kept his word as he sat in the car with us, paired our cellphones to the car for us, and gave us a thorough lesson of all the vehicle's features. He told us that he would also be available to answer any questions after purchase and has made several follow-up calls since. The exact vehicle color and an additional option was not available on the lot, but Huntington Toyota arranged to have what we wanted shipped to them, without additional mileage, in a very short time. Pick up was effortless. The business manager, Rosa Fernandez Walker had our papers and financing in order, and the exceptional deal we had agreed to with Toyota Financial Services was accurate 'to the penny.' All Huntington Toyota personnel were friendly. The showroom was clean and well stocked with the newest Toyota models. We were offered beverages, and delicious cookies. We were told about the dealer's service center which we will be visiting for service, not to mention the free breakfast, massages, and manicures that they offer. We drove off with a full tank of gas and are very satisfied customers of Huntington Toyota. More

I am not happy with what I was put through at dealership but I still bought the car. The Rose from customer relations tried to very hard to make it better. This is what happen to me, I walked into the dealership because I saw a great price for a 2011 Honda Inshight. It was listed on the Internet and the dealer website. I looked at the car and asked about the price they told me eighteen thousand. I told them we saw it listed on their website for thirtheen thousand six hundres and I have a printed paper. We also called to confirm that they still had the car. I spent 3 hrs at the dealership on Sunday. Todd looked like he didn't want to be there. Brandon there finance guy asked me to put a $500 deposited on the car and assured me that they will not charge the card. Todd told me they had to clean the car and get it ready. I return the next day to pick up my car and noticed that one of the lights were not working. I told Todd about the light first he insisted everything as fine. After we told him he has to fix the light he drove the car back to service to fix the light. They give you half a tank of gas if when you buy a used car from them. When he return I checked it again and it was still not working. He told me they replaced the bulb. It was still not working I played around with it and it was loose and when I tighten it it started working. I was upset that the car was suppose to be ready and checked. If they checked it why am I finding a burned out bulb and what else is wrong with this car. Also the day before it had all 4 of the tire pressure valve caps the next day it had only one. I didnt even say anything about that I just wanted to get me car and leave. I was so unhappy with them that I refuse to take a lower intrest rate of loan from them. If I am willing to spend more money just so I do not have to see this people you know I am not happy. I was given dirty looks when I asked to use there computer to print insurance papers. They told me that computer does not print. It printed just fine it was connected to a network printer. I figured it out myself. IP address is written on the printer. My insurance company was asking me if I really want to buy a car from this rude people. I thought I was out in the clear and will not have to see talk to this people again. I looked at my bank account the next day and there was a charge of $500 from Huntington Toyota. I called 4 times on 4/18/2013 and left messages with the secretory to have them call me at their convince. On my fourth call I a told by juan the person I have to speak is Branbon and he is not in. He will be working tomorrow after 12 and they will pass the message to him and have him call me back. I called 3 times on 4/19/2013. He has a do not disturb on his door as per secretory and she will pass the message to call me. I spoke to Eric Garcia who told me he will make sure Brandon get the message but they cant issue a refund on weekends. Then Rosa from customer relations also got involved to help me get my money back. She said it was a interdepartmental miscommunication. I feel I caught them trying to steal $500 from me.You can make what you want out of it. I spoke to Brandon and he told me the money will be back in my account in 48 hrs. This was my experience at HUNTINGTON TOYOTA SCION. More
