Danny was very friendly and knowledgeable. I really like the Huntington Service Department, they are very professional, courteous and the service adviser was very helpful in answering all my questions. I have tried to service my truck from another dealer near by where I live, and I did not like the atmosphere. I went back to the Toyota Service of Huntington and was again very pleased. this was the third dealer of the day for a search for a new truck. Danny and tony were by far the most professional and much friendlier than the other Toyota and Nissan dealers I visited. I really was not planning on purchasing a vehicle that day but due to their professionalism, friendly demeanor and great price I couldn't resist. I did research the vehicle and price so I was very satisfied with what I received. and when they said I was going to be able to drive off the lot within an hour or two and not have to come back the next day that made the experience even better. I will be needing another vehicle next year for my wife and will be going to huntington Toyota for another great deal. More
On July 12 I put a deposit on a new RAV 4 that I was told would be in on the 24th. I went back to the dealer on July 17th and the car was due to arrive in port on July and will be in in a few weeks. On July 19 I received a call from Toyota stating my ca was in port and will arrive in 2-3 weeks.i spoke with Tommy on August 11th inquiring about my car. He said he would call me. Monday. He did not call back until Wednesday , he said he was very busy. He said my car would be in in another 2-3weeks. I said what happened to the car I put a deposit on ? He said hey made a mistake , fist time. I was hearing about it. He said the car you want is hard to come by, I said I will find one somewhere else. He said Good Luck. I asked to have my deposit refunded . He said he would check with his manager and see he could make this work out. I have yet to hear back from the dealer. That was 2 days ago. I am not trying to be stubborn about this as I know the 2013 RAV4 is high in demand, but why did they need to lie to me about the car that was in port. I still have the 2 messages on my answering machine. I will indeed be buying the new RAV 4 from Toyota , just not from this dealer as they do not appreciate my business, which is a shame since I have bought 4 cars from them over the last 20 years, I guess it is time to try another dealer. More
