If you read the about section for Huntington Toyota at dealerrater, the first line is, "You'll love the no pressure sales experience at our dealership." Our experience was exactly the opposite. Of more th dealerrater, the first line is, "You'll love the no pressure sales experience at our dealership." Our experience was exactly the opposite. Of more than twenty dealerships that my wife and I stopped in at over the last few months while shopping for a new car, Huntington Toyota was by far the worst experience we had. After a pleasant test drive, we were left to sit around waiting while the sales woman repeatedly tried to sell us a car that we had no intention of buying, as it the first day we looked at cars. Despite repeatedly reminding her of this, she continued to have us wait and so we got up to leave. At that point a second salesman stepped in to try and encourage us to sit back down and that he would make a deal that would be worth our while to stay. This is the stereotypical car dealer with sleazy and pushy sales people. There are many other toyota dealerships on Long Island, look elsewhere if you want to avoid a similar experience to ours. More
I recently was shopping for a new car and had visited several dealerships before I happened on Huntington Toyota.What I experienced there was totally different from all others. It goes without saying tha several dealerships before I happened on Huntington Toyota.What I experienced there was totally different from all others. It goes without saying that Toyota is a great product. But I had seen other very good products also. WHat made the greatest difference was in the way the salespeople interacted with the potential buyer. It's a friendly atmosphere with a no pressure approach. They were extremely accommodating, knowledgeable and very efficient. I literally signed for the purchase and rode out with my new car 3 hours later(and the car had to be delivered from another dealer's lot). It was totally painless. I certainly will be recommending them to anyone who is in the market for a car. More
I recently had to purchase a new car because my old car broke down. My father and I went to Smithtown Scion because I was interested in the Scion FRS. However, they did not let me test drive the car. There broke down. My father and I went to Smithtown Scion because I was interested in the Scion FRS. However, they did not let me test drive the car. Therefore, we went to this dealership (closer to home) and they let me test drive the car. They only had one FRS in stock and it was in the show room. David, along with other associates, took the car out of the show room to let me experience the drive. I immediately fell in the love with the car. I needed a car immediately - the same day. The one that I wanted was not available at that dealership but David worked hard to locate the car that I wanted and get it to me on the same day. He was able to accomplish that. Overall, I am very satisfied with the transaction. My father is as well. More

She was very knowledgeable on the Toyota Brand and she was able to find me a car that was affordable for me. Overall I can say I was very content with the help my daughter and I received while we were looking for her new car. Their assistance was extremely useful in coming to the final conclusion as to which car would be the one of our purchase. If you are ever looking to purchase a Toyota there is no doubt that either of these gentlemen would do a wonderful job in assisting you in your purchase. The only complain about Huntington Toyota and their biggest defect would definitely have to be their financial manager Miguel Marroquin. Getting in touch with him virtually impossible. His inconsistency with returning calls is absolutely horrific. I was unable to pay my first two months on time because he hadn't been able to set up the banking account accordingly. Since there was no to get in contact with him I was forced to call costumer service. I got my payment schedule done and set accordingly I was able to get my overdue money refunded. If it weren't for the major fiasco I had come across with this financial manager Miguel Marroquin my experience at Huntington Toyota would be none the less impeccable. More
I am a Yonkers resident. I traveled to Huntington Toyota 3 years ago because I could not get a good deal in Westchester. I leased a 2011 Highlander and from that great experience I have never look at anoth 3 years ago because I could not get a good deal in Westchester. I leased a 2011 Highlander and from that great experience I have never look at another dealership the same. I was treated with so much respect and at the highest level. Joe & Rosa and Manager Chris were my first excellent experience at Toyota and i came away with three new friends. Recently I return to Toyota to service the Highlander, met David Moon and now I 'm driving a 2013 Toyota Camry. My experience with David was unbelievably awesome. I never like haggling and David found away for everyone to walk away winners! He was very knowledgeable in every way possible. He was very courteous and compassionate to my needs. He also made sure that I was taking care of when it was time to sign my contract. I truly hope David Moon is around in another 3 years when I return to trade for another Toyota. More
