He's a young and devoted salesman who strongly believed that he could help me out. Many salesmen of other car dealers didn't even try to help me. I'm a big fan of hydrid cars and Justin's knowledge of the 2015 Prius convinced me to go for it. His determination to help me out was exemplary. He literally spent 6 hours to find a solution for me and he made it happen! I had the lease, but because I didn't have a NYS drivers license many insurance companies just didn't want to give me an insurance. No problem for Justin, he made some phone calls and sealed the deal for me once again. The after sales service he delivered was outstanding as well. I can highly reccomend him, he's a true professional! More

I will continue to recommend him to anyone else interested in buying or leasing a Toyota. My only disappointment was not with Justin, but his manager. I was told I would receive a $200 referral fee, but in fact got $100. I was told that was because I got a coupon for an extra oil change (which I don't think costs $100) I believe this change came from the manager. All in all, Justin is a great salesperson and I would want to do business with him again. More

Tommy made buying the car easy and he was patient as he answered all of my questions. He didn't rush me or push me into buying something. He was sincere and accommodating. There was a slight issue with the lift gate and the manager Joe Campo made arrangements for a loaner car and fixed my issue without hesitation. There was a minor cosmetic issue with the Venza I was purchasing, and Joe Campo the Sale Manager was fantastic, he had the issue taken care of immediately exceeding my expectations. Also Miguel Marroquin was great with the final sale and warranty paperwork. I also worked with their in house Allstate agents Terri Leggio & Jennifer Izzo who saved me money by switching my current insurance coverage (THANKS!!) The worst dealer experiance I ever dealt with in 30 years! Bait and Switch - Mr. Moon, the salesperson, told me that the new Highlander in stock was around $39,000. But after waiting an hour and a half in the Bait and Switch - Mr. Moon, the salesperson, told me that the new Highlander in stock was around $39,000. But after waiting an hour and a half in the show room for the Finance Manager, Mr. Michael Baptiste, he told me that Mr. Moon made a mistake and the price with these options are $43,000 and told me he could not sell this car for Mr. Moons quoted price. No Window Sticker - There was no window sticker on the car, and I was never shown the additional factory options, I asked Mr. Moon to get me a print out. He said he would try to get me a print out, but he never did. I got the sticker information from Toyota Cares in one day. Charged $2,800 over MSRP. When I found the MSRP was only $40,250, Mr. Baptiste then changed his story and told me he had to charge me more because of my credit score, to allow me to get a better interest rate. It is my understanding that the price for the car, and credit score, are complete separate issues. In fact, in many states, it is illegal to base the price of the car on a customers credit score. (only the interest rate can reflect the credit score. Never Saw Prices. I did not receive, or ever see, an itemized Bill of Sale or Invoice, until two weeks after delivery. I called three times for it. I did not get it until I went back in person to Huntington Toyota on Christmas Eve. $12,000 of Unauthorized Add-on's- There were about six other expensive add on's to extended warranties and protections plans. Neither gentlemen discussed with me the price, or of what value they would be to me. Charged $1,800 for non-excitant Alarm System and Remote start. - On the Bill of Sale, I received two weeks after delivery, I ascertained that I was charged for an Alarm System and Remote start that was never installed. I was never told and I never asked for it, and do not want it in any case. More
Terrible communication and irresponsible handling of issues This dealership will say anything to get your business. They told me that several small repairs would be done on a used car before I purchased it, and This dealership will say anything to get your business. They told me that several small repairs would be done on a used car before I purchased it, and they were not. I had to request my check be returned to me before they would honor their word. They failed to tell me that the spare key was broken. Luckily I discovered it before I drove off. Then they signed me up for a service plan that was different than the one I paid for and I was inelligible for because they typed the wrong code in when they filled out my information. Over the last six months they have failed three times to order the right key. I attend school out of state and have driven to the dealer three times to find they have failed to order the right key. I should have demanded my check back as soon as they failed to comply with their first promise. Everytime I call I get transferred back and forth between parts and service and am told conflicting information. This dealership is a nightmare to deal with and I would avoid them at all costs. More
