Two Hour Wait! I had a NYS Inspection plus a 10,000 mile Toyota Required Inspection, etcetera, and waited over two hours before leaving. My Toyota Corolla has less than a thousand miles on it. The same thing happened to me when I brought my Toyota Sienna in a few months ago. Judging from what I saw in the crowded Waiting Room, I surmised they were over- booking.. This is my only complaint (one star minus), however, I will always go there for needed service. More

warranty service I called to schedule an appointment for warranty service in connection a notification I received from Toyota. other routine service Curtis who answere I called to schedule an appointment for warranty service in connection a notification I received from Toyota. other routine service Curtis who answered the phone did not identify hinself until I asked and then he immediately transfered the call to to a person who again did not identify her self until I had to ask and then she identified herself as Raven. When I told her that I was calling in regard to Warranty Enhancement Notification - ZE6 regarding cracked dashboards she said that there are phoney recall notices and that she never heard of this notification. She then hung up on me. When I called back and asked to talk to the Service Manager the person who answered the phone said the Service Manager was not available and when I asked him his name he hung up. This is service department is unknowledgeable, unhelpful and nasty. I would not reccomend this Dealers service department. More
