Service visit on Monday, 8 February I brought my 2015 Prius in to the service facility for Huntington Toyota with a flat tire. It was 4:30 in the afternoon, and I might have suspected that I would be sent home at this late hour of the day. Instead Ms. Joanne DeMartino took immediate charge of the problem, also making sure that what appeared to be a door problem was also taken care of. I was particularly impressed by the way Ms. DeMartino made sure that she had all of the information for the extensive coverage I have on this car, and I was pleasantly surprised when I discovered that I wouldn't have to pay for the tire, which was not the case the first time I needed a new tire for this car. Ms. DeMartino has a lively and extremely pleasant personality that makes communicating with her not only easy but a pleasant experience. I also had the impression that she stayed past quitting time to make sure that my service needs were properly taken care of. I will definitely request that the next times (I also have a 2011 Prius) I come for service at Huntington Toyota Ms. DeMartino handle my case. More

The vermin who run and work at this dealership have zero morals and ethics. We spent two and a half hours there yesterday finalizing a 2-year loan agreement, complete with my bank account being charged, and papers being signed. We were then told to come the next day to pick up the vehicle. The person buying the car had to take taxis there and back both yesterday and today, racking up almost $100 in cab fare alone. We showed up today to pick up the vehicle, only to find we were the victims of a classic bait and switch scheme. All of a sudden the credit score wasn't high enough for the agreed upon, sign sealed and delivered rate, and they wanted more money to the tune of 50% more per month in fees. They had already charged the bank account for the massive down payment too, and we were told that we can't get that back until next week. Then, the icing on the cake was when my poor brother, who had come down there by cab, was told to leave the building immediately. This is a 60+ year old retired doctor who wouldn't hurt a fly and who has a voice as quiet as a mouse. When he asked if he could at least use the phone to call a cab to come pick him up, he was ordered to leave, not allowed to use a phone to call a cab, and was left to stand outside in the cold and figure something out. He doesn't have a cell phone. So after wasting two of his days off, being lied to, and being out a massive down payment that won't be returned until next week, he was treated worse than a dog and left out in the cold. This place is full of liars, schemers, and morally bankrupt xxxx. Avoid them at all costs. In particular, avoid Anthony (Tony), and Oscar. You know they're lying when their lips are moving. More

Horrendous Service I had my 2003 Toyota Avalon serviced at this dealership. The Toyota battery was dead and the cables needed to be replaced. Of course, I could have e I had my 2003 Toyota Avalon serviced at this dealership. The Toyota battery was dead and the cables needed to be replaced. Of course, I could have easily have gone to PepBoys or Sears for such a simple service need, but I decided to go to Toyota as I was considering a trade-in to upgrade to a later model. Since the battery cables were broken, I need a tow. We called the Toyota service department and were told we should use a local towing service as it had relationship with Toyota and were authorized to deliver vehicles to the service department. We were instructed NOT to pay towing service . I interpreted this to expect that Toyota would either provide this service free or extend their discount to us as a loyal customer. The towing service picked up the car but asked for payment ($125) – I told the operator that Toyota insisted we pay them and that they should bill Toyota. He confirmed this and off he went to deliver the car to the service department. I was charged $145 plus tax for the tow (less than 2 miles). The battery and cables were changed: 117.50 (battery), 40.99 (terminal assembly) – not the best pricing but a small matter. I was also charged 99.95 for labor. To replace a battery and cables. Really? While I was waiting to pick up my car that I was told would be ready when I arrived, I visited the trade-in office. I was offered $4,000. There was a sign that all services would be also reimbursed with a trade-in, but this was not offered. I was led to believe in other discussions with Toyota that a 5,000-5,500 trade-in value could be expected for my vehicle. The purchase was a 2013 Tacoma. The price offered -- 22,000. When I pressed, the salesman “discovered” the price was really $20,000, list price without negotiation. Really? I asked, and learned the car was in an accident – the salesman had no details…. But said “it’s certified, so it couldn’t have been so bad.” Really? The service manager sent me a follow-up email asking me about the service I received. I responded with the information above and never heard from him again! More

We do love Toyotas and can go to any dealer but we know that once we step foot into this showroom we will be treated like we are the only customer. David goes way beyond the typical salesperson. We have gotten other cars from him and we know we are in the best possible hands. His job doesn't end when we sign the contract. We get follow calls and I know that I can always pop in if I have a question. {as I did today} He is such an asset to the dealership. Good people are hard to find and keep. :His team is also terrific. We saw Charlie and even the Manager Ryan was so nice and helpful. I think you get what I am saying...Everything that Jan on commercial says I am also a Jan and love my new Avalon 2016....Thanks for hiring good people like David.
