Incompetent I purchased a 2015 Toyota TRD Pro in September of 2015, returned my leased 2012 Toyota Prius. I paid the dealership for the remaining 6 lease payments I purchased a 2015 Toyota TRD Pro in September of 2015, returned my leased 2012 Toyota Prius. I paid the dealership for the remaining 6 lease payments and $500 for Wear and Tear. On February 2016 I received a letter from Toyota Financial services that I owe over $1100 for :disposition fee, lost key, wear and tear and excess mileage. I called the dealership and told them that there seem to be a mistake in the process. I was told that the matter will be taken care of promptly, and was informed that it was resolved. It was confirmed by Toyota. Now 10 months late I received a call from collection company requesting the $1,100 payment. The dealer refused to engage stating that it is not their problem and I should call Toyota Financial. Their Customer Relationship Manager refused to talk to me, their financial manager refused to talk to me, and the only person I was able to get a hold off was a salesperson named Jay who "referred the info." At this point I am considering suing the company as I do not think it is appropriate to pay for the same items twice. More

This Toyota Dealer tested my car honestly and completed the repairs diligently. I was given the use of a loaner car while the work was being completed. The entire procedure was done FREE OF CHARGE. I was treated extremely courteously and feel that Toyota went ABOVE AND BEYOND what was necessary for them to do. In particular I would like to thank Service Representative Juan Vargas for his excellent assistance through this entire several week process. Mr. Vargas treated me with respect and fairness and kept in contact with me to keep me informed on the status of my car from start to finish. More
