They really do go overboard and beyond. I stopped by unannounced and they diagnosed my problem, ordered the parts and did the repair a few days later. Thus far my experiences at Empire Subaru nothing less then amazing. The Sales personnel awesome. The service center personnel presently are using/renting space else where to accommodate their customer an then amazing. The Sales personnel awesome. The service center personnel presently are using/renting space else where to accommodate their customer and although this can be a bit uncomfortable it doesn’t show and you won’t even tell. These persons patiently exhibit there willingness to hear you and address your concerns. All while they wait for their own facility. Personally for me they have gone above and beyond the job to make me feel welcomed and make it evidently clear they are there to assist and serve you the customer.
