A great Experience I drive a Toyota but I purchased my vehicle at this Nissan dealership and decided to continue to bring my vehicle to this location to service my vehic I drive a Toyota but I purchased my vehicle at this Nissan dealership and decided to continue to bring my vehicle to this location to service my vehicle. After bringing in my vehicle for routine service, when they were done I had an issue with the tire pressure sensor. After determining that I would need to bring my vehicle over to the Toyota service center to get the problem fixed due to not having the proper Toyota equipment to correct the problem I went over to the Toyota service center and had such a terrible experience. They had no idea what I was talking about and did not want to make any attempt to solve my situation. After contacting the Nissan service center and explaining the situation to them, they sent over the manager of the Nissan service center himself over to Toyota and he personally took care of the situation and stayed with me until the problem was completely solved and personally handed my vehicle back to me. I really appreciated that extra effort that Nissan took and will continue to bring my vehicle to the Nissan service center to get my vehicle serviced even though I have a Toyota, and will definitely be purchasing a Nissan vehicle for my next vehicle purchase. More

Very unprofessional Was charged for free oil change and was called and told u would be covered for all repairs on my vechile due to the circumstances! All lies I came in Was charged for free oil change and was called and told u would be covered for all repairs on my vechile due to the circumstances! All lies I came in on appointment date and I received mega calls asking was I coming for me to come and leave my car and get a loaner for the day , before I left I was redirected to take me car because they was to crowded very messy ! Brought it bck on Monday and my car sat alll day and next day without any call ! For them to tell me my car wasn’t diagnosed correctly! Never received my papers frm my car being there was told computers was down and couldn’t print out ! Then I received a call frm Chris Parks that he was gonna text me the print out for my vechile as well as email me ! No text no email I’m on the verge of making everyone get in trouble all the lies I was told by Cassondra and my money was stolen by another employee and Chris is now giving me the run around very unprofessional and very crooked people ! I was offered a detail frm Cassondra my car was there a entire day I still didn’t receive my money that was taken for free oil and I’m talking to a lawyer now I advise every to stay away it’s a scheme there it seems More
