Too long a wait I live about an hour away and had an appointment for 8:20 am on a Saturday. And for almost an hour no service advisor saw me. People who came after me I live about an hour away and had an appointment for 8:20 am on a Saturday. And for almost an hour no service advisor saw me. People who came after me had already been seen. Upon asking, took the valet some time to figure out what happened and apparently my paperwork was not passed along or something. Other than that, the service was quick once the paperwork was sorted out. Would love to see some changes in the waiting area with respect to the refreshments/beverages available; not having to see the cashier for that would be great. More
