SPEECHLESS The receptionist was great when scheduling an appointment....Had a 11:20 appointment for an oil change husband arrived early but didn't leave the faci The receptionist was great when scheduling an appointment....Had a 11:20 appointment for an oil change husband arrived early but didn't leave the facility until 1:30pm....I've been to several Nissan dealers in Nj and never waiting that long for an oil change...Maybe you guy's need to put a hiring ad on the window of the facility,on the Internet, or encourage the staff to serve the customers in a timely manner.... What's the purpose of making an appointment???? More

Completely Disappointed Took our vehicle in for an oil change on Saturday and never got it back until Wednesday. They did the oil change and suddenly the body control module Took our vehicle in for an oil change on Saturday and never got it back until Wednesday. They did the oil change and suddenly the body control module stopped working and they charged us 610 to get it fixed. Ridiculous. Something happens to the vehicle while it’s in your care you should remedy that instantly. We had plans to travel out of state the weekend and had to rent a car which cost us an additional $400. Not bringing my car here ever again. Never!!!!! More

Appointments not honored This was the third time at this service center with an appointment. The first two times it took between 2-3 hours for an oil change with an appointmen This was the third time at this service center with an appointment. The first two times it took between 2-3 hours for an oil change with an appointment. The third time I was scheduled for an inspection Nissan called me to schedule. I asked 2 people how long it would take and both people said 45 min to an hour and they didn’t bring my car in to the service area until an hour and 45 minutes after my appointment time. Because I expressed I had to go they returned my car to me within 10 minutes with no paperwork. I’m sure the service wasn’t even done. Total waist of my time. More
