A simple oil change. On 8/13/18 I brought my 2010 Sentra in for a simple oil change and headlight replacement. I was unaware that the oil cap had not been put back on. I On 8/13/18 I brought my 2010 Sentra in for a simple oil change and headlight replacement. I was unaware that the oil cap had not been put back on. I drove until Monday morning until I realized oil was everywhere and there was no oil in the engine. I asked to be refunded for the replacement oil cap and quarts of oil purchased due to this error. I also wanted the oil washed off of the engine and my oil cap replaced with a nissan cap. I was told the engine was cleaned and it was not. I was told a had a new nissan oil cap and it was an used cap taken from another vehicle. I do not appreciate being treated this way. I only wanted what I paid for. I have 3 Nissan vehicles in my household and this is the second time the oil cap was left off one of them. This is unacceptable. I was thinking about purchasing a Nissan Rouge in 2019 but now I am unsure. Thank you for your time. More

High accolades all around! I will try to keep this as short as possible, but to get my entire level of satisfaction, you'll need a tiny bit of back story. I'm a single mom, who I will try to keep this as short as possible, but to get my entire level of satisfaction, you'll need a tiny bit of back story. I'm a single mom, who financed a 2015 Nissan Rouge about August-ish 2016. The absolute car of my dreams! Because this is my first "new" car, I wanted to keep it up with a reputable dealership as opposed to local, and sometimes cheaper mechanics. My first experience was ok. I was nervous because I assumed a basic oil change at a popular dealership would be well over $50...it wasn't! so.."ok, maybe this might work out"...I thought to myself. My 2nd experience (and most pivotal).... The time had now come for me to begin the routine maintenances that come with driving any vehicle. Oil change, tire rotation, wheel alignment. All of those big, scary, expensive, things a single mom shutters to think of! Cue my service advisor, ISAIAH GROOMES! To God be the Glory for that soul! That day of service I had my (at the time) 11month old, and Isaiah was REALLY patient with us. It was my first time spending what I thought would be hundreds of dollars, on top of chasing a busy baby around a strangers' office. To say the least, I was frustrated. Isaiah then, being the literal definition of his name, was a 'Savior'. He informed me of the active discounts, and packages, that bundled what I needed done that day. Seeing as I was on my way out of town, he helped me prioritize what could be done within my price range. That man made it so I hade EVERYTHING I need for a safe road trip, AND I think I spent less then $150! Time wise: I was there for a little over an hour. If you have a toddler, you know how LONG an hour can be. The T.V.s and coffee center in the waiting area were a nice distraction for a baby, the hour flew by! I left with a fresh car wash, and a very HAPPY customer. My 3rd, and most recent visit... I needed an oil change, and whatever it was I left off to be serviced the time prior (something to do with my tires). Cue in Mr. Groomes! Not only did I get what I needed done, but as he PROMISED...it was under $100...AND LESS THAN AN HOUR WAIT!!! Again, I left a very happy, and satisfied customer! NOW HERES THE KICKER..... what Isaiah did, was nothing more than his job. He helped make the best decision for the customer, based on his/her needs! He pushed discounts, coupons, and other products, he was instructed and probably trained to do. He was professional at all times, and even allowed my daughter to roam around his personal space! Its not what Isaiah did...its how he made me FEEL!! He wasn't just advising me on service, he was calming my fears on new car maintenance. He wasn't just plugging coupons and discount codes, he was helping me save money for my daily commute to Brooklyn, or baby needs, that often suddenly come up. He made me feel like car maintenance and services, really aren't as scary, or as expensive as I have always thought (at least for the basics things). All the while just as nice and calm as he can be! He almost seems like a good friend who looks you out when you come to their store!! The reason I came back a 3rd time (and for future matters) , as opposed to going to another Nissan dealership, was/is because of Isaiah! The "greeter" or person who assess your car was nice as well, I like that they offered us snacks as we waited! So yes, thank you for hiring people with the ministry to serve! People who like people, make great employees, and help take companies to a higher level. Now look, you have a life-long customer, who will ONLY drive Nissan! More
