Unable to fix emergency brake assist feature. They told me they checked the emergency braking system but they are not allowed to physically test it. The person who took care of the repair said h They told me they checked the emergency braking system but they are not allowed to physically test it. The person who took care of the repair said he is confident it will work. What a bunch of B.S. After picking up the car, I did a test drive on Route 22 and still the system did not work. How can anyone say something will work without testing it first? VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. More

5th attempt. Let's see if problem is resolved Since purchasing my 2018 Rogue in July 2018 I have made numerous trips to service center to resolve window issue (not happy). To date this is the 5th attempt.i just got my truck back yesterday and will have to give it a couple days to see if problem is resolved. I have voiced how unhappy I was with having to return to the dealership numerous times since my purchase. I feel like Nissan could have at least gave me a courtesy car wash and vacuum inside of my truck. Nissan needs to work on their customer service. I have been Inconvenience numerous times I would have liked to be shown a "thank you for your service" I wont be renewing my lease with this dealership.. More

Inconsistency Was quoted a price for an oil change and when I got there quoted different price. Inquired about tire rotation, told it was $70!! Now today I have a Was quoted a price for an oil change and when I got there quoted different price. Inquired about tire rotation, told it was $70!! Now today I have a message that an oil change and tire rotation is $39.99!!! What the xxxx!! His name was Chris Also I was there end of May for an oil change and a check tire light was on. I explained that I was leaving the next day. They put air in my tires I suppose but the light never went off. I was told it would go out after riding around for a while!! I knew that's not how it works!! I immediately went somewhere else where he removed the tire and found a nail!! I was highly disappointed that your service people were unable to ascertain that and to give that xx that the light would go out on its own!! And another thing I was encouraged to give you guys a 5star review in exchange for my car being detailed. A $10 carwash would have been better!! I'm not disgruntled, just stating the FACTS,!! More
