Service sucks! I had a check engine light on my car and took it to get checked out. How the xxxx does it take 4 days to tell me there's nothing wrong with the car. Then when I tried calling my service advisor like 8 times with voicemails i couldn't get a call back. I had to go to the dealer to ask him where going on. I found my car sitting outside not even being tend to. I wouldn't recommend anyone going here until they get their xxxx together SMH. More

I dont recommend EDIT I wouldn't recommend. May you will have a better experience then I did but this is my first car buy experience with a car dealer and it was bad from w I wouldn't recommend. And now they keep calling me about buying my car back and basically getting me a new loan for probably a even worse car. If you are a first time buyer or dont have perfect credit stay away especially from Grimey Herold. Gio took care of some things for me but the service staff always has a attitude with me. Again I dont recommend Edit: last time I'm changing this. They said they would fix the situation but lied and fixed nothing. Back to the original 1 star. More
