Confirmed what I suspected The service department/ customer interaction was done with respect and professionalism. I suspected that I had an issue with my 2016 Rogue transmissio The service department/ customer interaction was done with respect and professionalism. I suspected that I had an issue with my 2016 Rogue transmission. I ordered a diagnostic to be performed on my vehicle and they basically confirmed what I already suspected. Now I hope Nissan corporate will help with the expense of replacing the CVT transmission. They really should since many owners continue to experience major reliability issues with these type automatic transmissions. More

Don't know why it took an hour and a half for an oil change The guy I talked to was super nice and friendly. It wasn't his fault at all. But why does an oil change, fluid and tire check and wash take an hour an The guy I talked to was super nice and friendly. It wasn't his fault at all. But why does an oil change, fluid and tire check and wash take an hour and a half? Maybe schedule less appointments at the same time in the future? And I don't appreciate a sales pitch while I'm waiting for my car. There was a woman walking around talking to everyone trying to buy their old car and sell them a new one. More
Worst Nissan Experience Ever! I dropped by the Route 22 Nissan service center as my AC was not working on a forecasted 90 degree day. The rep who checked me in (Chris) was not friendly or particularly professional. His tone was abrasive and his outlook on what could be wrong with my vehicle was negative. I was never consulted on the price of the services that were ultimately rendered; the work was done. I waited 4 hours! No offer of transportation or loaner vehicle. The service was subpar and very disappointing. More
