Super friendly staff. Recall completed but some hiccups First off, I want to say that everyone I dealt with from telephone to service advisor to shuttle driver & every employee walking through the service a First off, I want to say that everyone I dealt with from telephone to service advisor to shuttle driver & every employee walking through the service area was unbelievably nice & genuinely tried to be helpful. However there were some communication issues in my service experience. I scheduled recall service for the Electronic Steering Control Lock unit. It had caused my vehicle to become immobilized until replaced & I had it towed in for my set appointment. I explained the situation clearly (NOTHING to do with the battery, unable to start because steering wheel will not lock) but attempts were made to jump start the vehicle in order to drive it into the service bay anyway, delaying the start of what NissanUSA described as a 1hr repair. Somehow despite my repeated stressing that the vehicle is a hybrid this never made it onto any paperwork or work orders. I would have thought that entering the VIN would have shown that if my insistence wasn't clear enough. With limited hybrid certified technicians (one) this also delayed the start of repair. After waiting on site for 3hrs, my service advisor told me that I should take the shuttle home & he would contact me when the car is being worked on that afternoon. I heard nothing & spent the day trying to call in & get an update. Finally at 6:57 I spoke to someone that looked it up & was only able to tell me that the vehicle had been assigned a service tech, which meant that it had been brought into the shop & at the very least the process was started. He assured me that he would leave a message for my advisor to contact me in the morning. On ongoing problem was that my phone number changed since I had last been to this dealer for service. I literally begged each & every person I spoke to over 3 days to delete the old number & enter the new number. I also left this message twice on voicemail. Apparently my service advisor never made this correction, as he was trying to contact me via the no longer valid phone number. Once we finally spoke (midday of Day 2) he sent the shuttle to pick me up (1.8mi) & the vehicle was properly repaired & I was processed out very efficiently More

Pathetic Place !! I went for oil change and filter change. They took 6 hours for doing all changes. Asked for car wash it took 1 more hour. Very bad service I waited almost 21 days to get my car repaired. A Nissan Juke 2016 broke the transmission and motor with 65k miles. I lost my job because I didn’t ha I waited almost 21 days to get my car repaired. A Nissan Juke 2016 broke the transmission and motor with 65k miles. I lost my job because I didn’t have a car to go to my job, now I have too many bills to pay, Who’s gonna pay my bills? I would not recommend Nissan to anybody. More
