3 hour oil change! Had a 12 PM appointment for an oil change and requested to have tire pressure checked as warning on dash indicated low tire pressure on right rear tir Had a 12 PM appointment for an oil change and requested to have tire pressure checked as warning on dash indicated low tire pressure on right rear tire 21 psi. Service rep Dan stated I needed an air filter in addition to the oil change. He stated the total cost will be approximately $80. I asked if there were any specials or coupons available and he stated he did not know. I quickly looked up a winterization special RT 22 Nissan offered for $69.95 and asked what the winterization included and I did not get a response. I was told there was approximately an hour and a half wait till my car will be done. After 3 hours of waiting I found the details of the winterization special which included an oil change and air filter replacement along with other maintenance. When my car was ready I asked Dan if he can apply the winterization price to my bill and he stated I will have to wait additional time for him to amend the bill accordingly and he had people in his office which will take precedent. I told him forget it and paid the extra $10 because I did not want to wait additional time. As I was driving on RT 22 I realized the tire that needed air was not filled and the indicator light was still on. I took a picture of my dash and the indicator stating the tire had 21 psi and sent it to the text notification I received from Dan. I also called customer service and left a message on the voice mail of the service manager Robert Giordano expressing my unhappiness. I have yet to receive a call from anyone un regards to my complaint. I am very disappointed to say the least. More
