Took my Nissan pathfinder for service, and Chistopher Granados was the service agent. I advised him that my front tires were bold after 10,000 mile and just keep contradicting me, has no professionalism. Granados was the service agent. I bought my car here since 2012 and I have been coming here sincen then, unfortunately services has been getting worse each year. The appointment was made for 1 pm with my courtesy I always arrive 20 min here sincen then, unfortunately services has been getting worse each year. The appointment was made for 1 pm with my courtesy I always arrive 20 min early but they haven’t had the courtesy to check me in or let me know the status of my oil change. I think i will be switch a new dealer after many year’s of worst service. More
