Come in they say it'll be a couple hours to determine what's wrong with the vehicle. After just over 2 hours I received an update they are working on the car to determine why my sensors are yet again not what's wrong with the vehicle. After just over 2 hours I received an update they are working on the car to determine why my sensors are yet again not working on my brand new 2024 Altima. Took a stroll outside to get some fresh air after that update and saw the car parked outside under the expressway. They haven't even seen the car yet. Went back to find out if they are working on the car and then he tells me the workers are on lunch but they are working on it. That's when I told him they are not working on it because its parked outside. Took my keys and got outta there. People have lives. If Saturday was booked up, then schedule me to come in another day. I think that's simple enough. Based on that lie I'm very skeptical if I should even go there since I had to pay for the 1st collision sensor issue ($800). Now a colleague of mine is saying they too have to pay for a collision sensor issue on their Altima and it was quoted ($3,000). What's the point of buying a new car to escape trips to the mechanic if I'm already on my second trip for the year? Can't wait to trade this crap in for a Chevy. Never had issues with them so I'm going right back to them. STAY AWAY FROM NISSAN!!! More
