Very disappointing experience with the financing process. My husband and I purchased a Hyundai Kona and the staff was friendly at first, but they were not transparent about the loan conditions. We arrived with a Chase pre‑approval that they completely ignored, and they ran our credit multiple times without clear explanation. The car was under $20,000, yet the loan they arranged pushed the total over $40,000. They also added a $4,000 charge without informing us, and when we called to request a refund, they refused to acknowledge or process our request. I do not recommend this dealership for financing due to their lack of honesty and transparency. More
