Everything was fine although they didn’t tell me beforehand that usually at 20,000 miles is when you do your air conditioner, but I did not. My air conditioner is working fine however when it came time to pay because all I had with me was my credit card and I did not know there was a 3% surcharge which I told them they should let people know when they make their appointment and every time they send a notification that you service is coming up. It is unfair and outrageous that they’re charging 3% because they’re a dealership and they make way more money than these little mom and pop shops that don’t charge 3%. I thought it was just pretty greedy. The work that they did was fine. More

Service visit to do front brakes and replace all tires on Mazda6 (2018). During the visit the service tech knocked the rotor cutting machine into the front quarter panel of my vehicle causing an unsightly s Mazda6 (2018). During the visit the service tech knocked the rotor cutting machine into the front quarter panel of my vehicle causing an unsightly scratch and dent. Dealer offered to send car out for repainting at its expense and I declined and instead negotiated $1,200 off the service bill, which I used to repair with my body guy. 2,500 miles later I experienced vibrations in the steering. I had to replace the front brakes and rotors at my expense because the dealer failed to true the rotors during the service visit. I have lost time and money due to the incompetence of this dealer.
