Megan Dolce is a professional that every business should take a lesson from, Megan is knowledgeable of the services and products, has an excellent business and work ethnic. Megan knows and shows outstanding quality in customer satisfaction. The only negative comment is the 3% credit card charge, the service is high enough to tack on a 3% charge, as a business you should eat that not the customer. Most smaller places do not even charge that. You need to really assess doing that. Not good. You are basically a cash/debit card business More

In all the years of car buying headaches and sales managers giving false numbers to get you in the door... I needed to trade my Expedition in for a Commuter vehicle. I spoke with Samuel at Empire, I managers giving false numbers to get you in the door... I needed to trade my Expedition in for a Commuter vehicle. I spoke with Samuel at Empire, I explained the vehicle I wanted, the balance owed on my Expedition and the amount I wanted to pay monthly. They made it happen. All without me stepping a foot inside the dealership. I literally drove there on a Saturday, signed papers and drove away with my new Mazda for the price promised. They bought out my Expedition as promised. I kept looking for the catch, the bait and switch, the hidden fees, but there were NONE!!! When my wife's Explorer is ready to be traded for a CX5, we WILL be going to Sam at Empire Mazda... Buy with Confidence More
