This was my first time at Crystal Mazda and my experience was fantastic. It was my first time going out by myself to look at cars and had gone to a few dealerships that day. I couldn't buy anything that day was fantastic. It was my first time going out by myself to look at cars and had gone to a few dealerships that day. I couldn't buy anything that day but I was looking for a great car and great dealership to work with, and if had found that, I was definitely going to come back. A previous sales person I had met with at another dealership didn't even show me around to other cars when he found out I couldn't buy anything that day. He just brushed me off, gave me his card and left me to wander through the sea of cars. When I arrived at Crystal, Anttwan greeted me upon my arrival and was immediately very friendly and easy to talk too. I told him I couldn't buy anything without my parents and he said, 'That's fine. Let's go look at some cars.' He never pressured me to buy anything and showed me around to anything I asked, and had some of his own suggestions. He really helped me (and my parents) out with all my questions and stayed 4 and 1/2 hours past his time to leave to help me out and finish the car deal. I really appreciated that. Mark, who was the manager that helped us out with some of the numbers and closing the deal, was very nice and honest, which I, but especially my dad appreciated. And Lydia, who helped us with the paperwork at the very end was very nice and explained everything. Thanks for making my first time car buying experience awesome! More
