Good staff, friendly and knowledgeable but would not own up to the damage that was done to my vehicle due to the incompetence of their mechanic staff. The wrong fluid was put in my differentials and my tran up to the damage that was done to my vehicle due to the incompetence of their mechanic staff. The wrong fluid was put in my differentials and my transmission causing all to eventually fail. When confronted with this they tried to push it off on my aftermarket warranty which we all know never pays. It all ended up coming out of my pocket. Never doing business with this company (Empire Lakewood Nissan) again and advising you not to either. More

She listened carefully to my needs, was very informative, knowledgeable and followed up with me diligently. I was so pleased the day she called and said "I have the perfect car for you!" We set an appointment for the following Saturday. Sure enough, it is the perfect car, a 2018 Rogue Hybrid. I has all the requirements and features that I wanted and more. It is a great value and a beautiful automobile. I also would like to make mention that the facility is beautiful, well laid out and clean. The service bays are spotless and the waiting area is comfortable.
