I wouldnot recommend NR Hyuandi. In addition to my complaints listed previously....I complained to the NR Hyundai that I was annoyed at the length of time it was taking to get my car. While I was their, my salesman was off that day, the MANAGER of New Rochelle Hyundai,forgot his name, said, "You have MY WORD that I will call you by late this afternoon with an answer". Needless to say, I never heard from him....which made me even madder. I called and the receptionist informed me that he left for the day around 12PM. My salesman Joel was very pleasant and helpful. Extremely unsatisfied and disappointed, I Financed a 2015 Hyundai sonata back in April 2015. It gave me quite a few issues. On August 6 2015 i traded this vehicle back to the dealer at new R I Financed a 2015 Hyundai sonata back in April 2015. It gave me quite a few issues. On August 6 2015 i traded this vehicle back to the dealer at new Rochelle and was told that i was cleared from my account with this car. Since then Hyundai Motor Finance has been calling me 7 to 8 times a day harrassing me in regards to this vehicles payment. I In turn called the dealer in New Rochelle and was given the run around. In fact i called so many times the receptionist became very familiar with me. I sent several emails to Mr. Lamassa and Mr. Romano and also sent one to Mr. Potaro thinking something would get resolved. I left work early twice just to be able to speak to someone in person because phone calls were never returned and the issue was never resolved. Early this month i went back to the dealer to only be told that they made an error with the payment and that they had just paid it In full. They even spoke to someone at Hyundai Motor Finance to have it cleared. So here i am a few weeks later and the harassing phone calls started again stating that this big well known dealer sent a bounced check. I contacted New Rochelle hyundai yet again to be told the same as always "i will get back to you" im still waiting.. I was in the middle of purchasing a home and loss the opportunity because of this not only that my credit score dropped drastically because of the missed payments. I have never felt so disrespected. I was never late with any of my car payments. The lack of customer service they provided was horrible. They have no respect for their valued customers and are very unprofessional. They brush you off on the phone and in person giving you a response you want to hear but do not fix the situation. I am appauled on how I've been treated. Definitely not the place to go. More
