Moise was very friendly and knowledgeable and was most helpful in helping me choose the car that was best for me (and my budget). The process went very smoothly and I drove off in my new car the night I bought it. It had to go back to Hyundai the next day for some cleaning and set up that they weren't able to do the night I bought it, so Moise met me at my office the next morning and picked the car up and brought it back to me later that afternoon. I love my new car and am thankful to the folks at New Ro Hyundai for helping me. More

Ask for Natalee Marrero soon as you get there!!!! New Rochelle Hyundai sold me a car that within a month of beginning my finance was already having to get fixed. The management bounced me around to each manager so no one helped me until I spoke to the GM Michael Romano. So I had a horrible experience. The best employee they have there is Natalee Marrero. Her level of customer service, genuine enthusiasm, and consistency guided me through the process of being a first time finance customer and all the frustrations that came with it. So would I recommend this dealership, nope.... Unless ur dealing directly with Natalee Marrero or Michael Romano. More

Poor service Gave my daughter a Hyundai Elantra as a graduation gift a few years ago. Started getting the TPMS light and took it here to get it cleared. They claim Gave my daughter a Hyundai Elantra as a graduation gift a few years ago. Started getting the TPMS light and took it here to get it cleared. They claimed they cleared it but drove the car home and it came back on. Returned to and they did same thing and assured me that issue was corrected. Drove home and light came back on. Took it back and they found one of the sensors was bad and they claimed they replaced it. Got the car back and the light is still on. They said they replaced sensor but couldn't program it because the computer that does this was out of order. Waited a few months and lived with this but returned today to get recall and oil change done. Asked them to check TPMS light again. They checked and said I need a new TPMS sensor and that it would cost $169.00. I asked why and their response was that the car passed 60000 mile warranty. SERIOUSLY!!! They have all my visits documented with the same issue that they couldn't fix under warranty. The service manager suggested that I call Hyundai corporate. I wish there was another Hyundai service center closer. More

Each and every time my car gets serviced, going on four years, he attends to all issues in a very efficient way. John's attention to detail, including his friendy, easy-to-approach personality, speaks volume of his commitment to outstanding customer service and support. His courtesy and professionalism is extended to all customers equally (I've been witness to that.) There is no reasonable car service request he doesn't entertain.
