I had an appointment on a Saturday at 1:00pm. I had done my homework and knew what I wanted when I came to New Rochelle Hyundai. Luckily, Javon Fauntleroy was able to assist me! I brought car in for recall service and oil change. I don't remember the service reps name the wrote up my ticket and unfortunately the names listed on the site are outdate as it still has Lisa Lewis who don't remember the service reps name the wrote up my ticket and unfortunately the names listed on the site are outdate as it still has Lisa Lewis who no longer works there. I waited for car in lounge, it was quiet and peaceful. I always enjoy seeing Steve Hausman there he is always very friendly. One thing I did miss was the voucher they give you to get your car washed, I was told when I asked for one that they had just given out the last one, it was still early in the day so I imagine they are limited to a certain amount to give out, will have to ask next time. Anyway the wait was longg but pleasant. More
