Zero stars for zero service. I walked into the dealership to look at cars my Dad was excited to show me and did not receive so much as a hello. No one barely looked in our direction. We were looking at the few cars that they have in the showroom and expected someone out of the approximately 8 people to say hello and offer to assist us; that never happened. As someone in the customer service field, this is unacceptable! Everyone walked around, looked at a file cabinet and even a few congregated to talk for a few minutes. We even stood in the middle where everyone could see that we were there and looked directly at them; still no one said anything! I was extremely pissed and attempted to contact corporate after what I feel was a total waste of time. I will never purchase from them. It is the worst experience I have ever had in a dealership. I told my Dad that I was not interested in looking at any vehicles outside because the service inside was nonexistent and I absolutely refuse to spend my hard earned money in an “establishment” where no one acknowledges you. Jose Vargas was great with assisting me and provided a great customer experience. He went above and beyond. Even looked for a bow for me but couldn't find one as they don't give them out anymore...Overall great customer experience. He went above and beyond. Service department manager Mr. Steve Hausman has always shown personal att this dealership, who have continued to treat me as a very valued customer. Service department manager Mr. Steve Hausman has always shown personal attention and excellent customer service to my concerns for my 2013 Hyundai Santa Fe 2.0t. And to the service advisor Ms. Garcia for her assistance. Also the valet driver Jonathan and the other valets for the great job they do. The mechanics have helped to maintain and service my Santa Fe in excellent running condition. More

I went for an inspection..and, like any other questions I have had, the service, care, professionalism gets an A+ grade..I did not get the name of those who helped me, but rest assured everyone in the servic have had, the service, care, professionalism gets an A+ grade..I did not get the name of those who helped me, but rest assured everyone in the service dept. were outstanding. Please do not give them your hard earned money. They sold me a used car which later needed to be serviced. It took them 2 months to "diagnose" and repair. I tried to cancel the deal altogether which the Mana me a used car which later needed to be serviced. It took them 2 months to "diagnose" and repair. I tried to cancel the deal altogether which the Manager said he could do. 3 months later I am still paying for the car even though it's at the dealership and nothing has been resolved.
